The other day, I came across an interesting post on X.<\/p>\n

No matter what happens, our pride is the one thing that absolutely never fades!'\"<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n This is amazing, isn't it?<\/p>\n People's pride never goes away!!<\/p>\n If you think about it from your own perspective, it makes sense, doesn't it? lol<\/p>\n In other words, if you interact with people without hurting their pride, things will go smoothly no matter who you're dealing with.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n To be honest, there are some craftsmen and supervisors who are a pain to deal with.<\/p>\n This person isn't a good fit for me, but since it's work, I have no choice but to deal with them.<\/p>\n In situations like that, the key to communicating effectively is to show respect for their pride.<\/p>\n So, what you're saying is that if you speak with respect, problems are less likely to arise.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I\u2019m a bit of a nutcase myself, since I tend to just blurt out whatever\u2019s on my mind, but,<\/p>\n I feel like if I just watch my pride, I'll be able to pull it off somehow lol<\/p>\n If it were my boss, coworkers, or senior colleagues, I could probably be a little more casual, but when dealing with people outside the company, I really have to be on my best behavior, lol.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Respect is important!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hello, everyone.
