I'll do my best to post updates a little sooner!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5294\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/design_img_f_1406198_s.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"601\" height=\"601\" srcset=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/design_img_f_1406198_s.png 480w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/design_img_f_1406198_s-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/design_img_f_1406198_s-300x300.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 601px) 100vw, 601px\" \/><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>But that's beside the point.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Rock bolts'<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The borehole length is 3.0 m<\/span>That's it.<\/p>\n<p>For example, if the legal limit is 300\u25a1, then,<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Rope Material Length<\/span>\u306f<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Projection + Formwork Thickness + Drilling Length = 0.1 m + 0.3 m + 3.0 m = 3.4 m<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">So, what about this?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5276\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/o0540046012688065906.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"540\" height=\"460\" srcset=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/o0540046012688065906.jpg 540w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/o0540046012688065906-300x256.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is clearly a legal frame that is over 300 mm.<\/p>\n<p>If the actual measurement is 500 mm, doesn't that mean the drilling depth will be 200 mm shorter?!?!<\/p>\n<p>That's what someone told me a long time ago.<\/p>\n<p>Well, it's a pretty common sight, isn't it?<\/p>\n<p>This is what happens when you install the frame along the mountain without adhering to the legal guidelines, opting instead for an appearance-focused design.<\/p>\n<p>I guess this is fine in its own way, but personally, I think it's a waste of money.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">Ground netting + mortar + effort = a waste of money lol<\/span><\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s a different story if the rebar is thick and the terrain is very rugged.<\/p>\n<p>Well, putting that aside, there are often issues with drill hole length in rock bolting work, and that\u2019s a point that tends to come up a lot.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff1493;\">Conclusion: The drilling depth remains the same!<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>That's all!<\/p>\n<p>I can't just say that, so here's an explanation lol<\/p>\n<p>The 200-mm section is considered to be the soil section (natural ground).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>No, no! It's mortar!<\/strong><\/span>I bet that's what they'll say lol<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5277\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/o0540046012688136850.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"540\" height=\"460\" srcset=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/o0540046012688136850.jpg 540w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/o0540046012688136850-300x256.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/>The red part is definitely mortar.<\/p>\n<p>In cases where the natural terrain is highly uneven, it is sometimes necessary to spray a low-strength mortar and then install formwork on top of it.<\/p>\n<p>Alternatively, after backfilling and grading the natural ground, install formwork.<\/p>\n<p>I think you\u2019ll understand that, from a design perspective, it\u2019s better to have something more solid than the original natural ground to support the structure.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\"If the material used to fill in unevenness is of the same quality as or better than the natural ground, it shall be considered natural ground.\"<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5274\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/o0593064512688165298.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"593\" height=\"645\" srcset=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/o0593064512688165298.jpg 593w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/o0593064512688165298-276x300.jpg 276w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 593px) 100vw, 593px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The following is stated in the Slope Protection Association\u2019s *Textbook on Construction Management Techniques for Slope Protection Works, Heisei 19, p. 189*.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5275\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/o0800024912688180417.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"249\" srcset=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/o0800024912688180417.jpg 800w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/o0800024912688180417-300x93.jpg 300w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/o0800024912688180417-768x239.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>So, if we interpret the lower portion of the formwork\u2014which became thicker than specified due to the sprayed concrete\u2014as \"natural ground,\" then,<\/p>\n<p>This means that the drilling length remains the same.<\/p>\n<p>If people start nitpicking over every little detail, it\u2019ll make it impossible to do the work on-site, but I think it can\u2019t hurt to know these things.<\/p>\n<p>To put it simply, the legal framework is...<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\"The weight of the legal framework is holding down a mountain that looks like it might slide (or collapse).\"<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>If you spray mortar over the uneven surface, it'll get even heavier\u2014that's great, isn't it!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>That's the deal, lol<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello, everyone.
