Apparently so, lol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Why is Tokyo like this, I wonder??<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, I hear they\u2019ll be verifying the quantities and amounts of the changes made based on the as-built inspection and cost estimation documents.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 130%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">I'm not really sure what you're talking about...<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Yeah. I don't know either lol<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>These days, inspectors licking pieces of paper... I just can't stand it, lol.<\/p>\n<p>As far as I know, there aren't any other local governments doing something like this, you know?<\/p>\n<p>I can't help but think something must have happened in the past, but even so, having to print it all out is a nightmare, isn't it?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Well, I hope that digital transformation in the construction industry will continue to move forward.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-48167\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/4518fd9ded001cd605c779b07c0c6ebc.jpg\" alt=\"Construction DX\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the end, even though they call it \u201cConstruction DX,\u201d the government agency that first proposed it has been constantly playing catch-up\u2014it\u2019s really just a case of them throwing the idea out there without any real follow-through.<\/p>\n<p>While the private sector is working hard to streamline and simplify processes and is making rapid progress by leveraging IT, government agencies just never seem to change.<\/p>\n<p>So, are government agencies just not motivated?
