To be honest, someone sitting in front of me had already said something similar, so it ended up being a really frustrating lecture.<\/p>\n
So I guess the fact that I made my profile a little too long was the reason it didn't work out, lol.<\/p>\n

Also, it seems like when I said, \u201cThis is how we do things at our place,\u201d it came across as me bragging, but since it\u2019s the truth, there\u2019s nothing I can really say about it... lol<\/p>\n
That said, I think part of the problem is that my communication skills aren't great, so I need to work on them a bit more.<\/p>\n

Also, while you might think, \u201cWell, that goes without saying, right?\u201d\u2014and since everyone\u2019s skill levels vary, and we can\u2019t screen for that when it comes to lectures\u2014<\/p>\n
I hoped to give a lecture that would provide food for thought\u2014whether for those who are already familiar with the subject or for those who aren\u2019t.<\/p>\n

On my blog, I just write whatever I want without holding back, so it\u2019s fine to be self-centered, but,<\/p>\n
As a lecturer, should I focus on more in-depth topics, or is it better to stick to general topics?<\/p>\n
Is it better to look at things from the contractor\u2019s perspective? Or from the designer\u2019s perspective?<\/p>\n
That's tough, isn't it?<\/p>\n

Next month, in September, I\u2019ll be giving a 30-minute presentation at a certain venue, where I\u2019ll have the opportunity to speak based on my practical experience with construction projects.<\/p>\n
I wish I could condense the content a bit more and deliver information that\u2019s easier to understand and more meaningful.<\/p>\n
