LOL<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Suppose that<\/p>\n<p>Low Education Level \u2192 Standard Engine, Prototype Engine<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Even so, if they\u2019re someone with strong social and communication skills and a proactive attitude,<\/p>\n<p>I can get more work done than those who just go on and on!<\/p>\n<p>And everyone needs them.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Educational background is also important.<\/p>\n<p>However, once you enter the workforce, the ability to adapt, be flexible, and take initiative\u2014all of which draw on those skills\u2014is crucial.<\/p>\n<p>There are many people with such high levels of education working as design consultants.<\/p>\n<p>The same goes for major general contractors.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our job is to work alongside those people to build structures.<\/p>\n<p>Some people might be like, \u201cHuh?\u201d, but just think of them as the ones going \u201cWon-won\u201d lol<\/p>\n<p>We've got plenty of them on our construction side, too, lol<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Well, I guess it just means that regardless of educational background, some people are capable while others aren't.<\/p>\n<p>Pride can get in the way depending on the time and circumstances, so even if you have it, it\u2019s probably best to keep it to yourself.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-45353\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/3b9772f8c0d4688fad432528cb08e045.jpg\" alt=\"Work Style\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is just my personal opinion, but I believe that people who can work on-site are highly adaptable.<\/p>\n<p>This is someone who can successfully manage any difficult situation by effectively utilizing funds, schedules, resources (people), and specifications.<\/p>\n<p>I tend to think that people who immediately say, \u201cI can\u2019t do that,\u201d lack experience and knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>Well, sometimes it's possible, and sometimes it's not.<\/p>\n<p>It's also an option to think it through as much as possible and settle for a conditional solution.<\/p>\n<p>What do you all think?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Obon holiday ends this week!<\/p>\n<p>Let's make sure to warm up thoroughly today and tomorrow in preparation for Monday ^^<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello, everyone.
