This is Enta.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s the most important job for a foreman during this sweltering season?<\/p>\n

\"Foreman\"<\/p>\n

That's right! It's about keeping track of our employees' health!! (Did you guess right? lol)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And the timing of that health management is crucial.<\/p>\n

It's usually in the morning, isn't it?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In social situations, people often ask things like, \u201cDo you look okay?\u201d right?<\/p>\n

You probably won't know for sure at that point.<\/p>\n

Unless you're clearly not feeling well.<\/p>\n

So not there\u2014the 10 o'clock break!<\/p>\n

Let's do a quick review here!!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Are your eyes okay?<\/p>\n

How's your skin looking?<\/p>\n

Do your lips feel dry?<\/p>\n

What about the voice?<\/p>\n

And so on\u2014as long as they seem healthy, that's fine.<\/p>\n

If they seem down, please go talk to them.<\/p>\n

\"Time\"<\/p>\n

And the lunch break is the most important part!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This is the time of day when symptoms are at their worst, as the morning heat takes its toll!<\/p>\n

Most cases of heatstroke occur between noon and 3:00 p.m.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Actually, when I'm working on-site, I work from morning until noon, and<\/p>\n

I think I can reset things with lunch, but in reality, I haven't been able to.<\/p>\n

Completely drained and overheated, the afternoon begins.<\/p>\n

To completely reset this, try the cold water bath I wrote about earlier.<\/p>\n

Simply setting up a cold water bath at the site may help reduce the severity of heatstroke<\/a><\/p>\n

Isn't it important to take measures to protect people who suffer from heatstroke on the job site?<\/a><\/p>\n

This is the only way to reset your body temperature on the job!<\/p>\n

I'll say it for sure! lol (I think sauna lovers will totally get this.)<\/p>\n

(Maybe things will work themselves out on site, lol.)<\/p>\n

I'll manage somehow from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PMMental Strength<\/span><\/strong><\/span>I keep it that way, but,It's really tough after 3:00 p.m.!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

After 3:00 p.m., the afternoon sun makes this time of day a nightmare.<\/p>\n

That's why my body can't handle it past 3:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

And so, even though I force myself to drag things out and work until 5:00 p.m. before heading home, this fatigue carries over to the next day and just keeps building up.<\/p>\n

Foremen, please pay close attention to your employees' expressions during this time (10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.).<\/p>\n

I think this is a very important time.<\/p>\n

I think cold water baths should be standard on construction sites.<\/p>\n
