Are you the type who loves to keep trying new things?<\/p>\n

If you think about it normally,<\/p>\n

New things are full of risks.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's it.<\/p>\n

It's nothing but risks, lol.<\/p>\n

So, at this stage, it\u2019s safer not to do it\u2014or not to let others do it.<\/p>\n

However, let\u2019s say time passes and that young employee grows older and becomes a senior employee.<\/p>\n

Our former seniors are no longer with us.<\/p>\n

As a result of being held back while working at the company, I stopped even trying to take on new challenges, and decades have passed.<\/p>\n

Historically speaking, it took only a few decades for people to switch from wearing straw sandals to wearing shoes.<\/p>\n

We went from riding horses to riding in horse-drawn carriages, then to riding motorcycles, and finally to driving cars.<\/p>\n

I've switched from wearing a kimono to wearing Western-style clothes.<\/p>\n

We used to send smoke signals, but now we can stay in touch via smartphone.<\/p>\n

Letters (emails) reach the recipient in an instant.<\/p>\n

I believe it\u2019s possible to accept current risks to the fullest extent while simultaneously diversifying and mitigating future risks as much as possible.<\/p>\n

The reason for reducing variance is experience points.<\/p>\n

The more experience you have with failure, the higher your evasion ability (defense) will be.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's it.<\/p>\n

Not knowing leads to failure.<\/p>\n

If you know this, you won't fail.<\/p>\n

If doing just this much can reduce future risks, why not take the risk now?<\/p>\n

And there's one more benefit to trying something new.<\/p>\n

It means that by creating something that doesn't exist here and now, the demand for it will lead to somewhere in the future.<\/p>\n

Beyond that challenge lies something whose destination is unknown.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why business leaders who are aware of this often say,\"Challenge\" (Action)<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's what they say.<\/p>\n

Nothing will ever get started unless you take the plunge (and take action).<\/p>\n

To put it bluntly, if you don't open the door to your house, you can't even start going to work.<\/p>\n

Do you have a boss who is always critical?<\/p>\n

Is there any guarantee that your boss will save your future self?<\/p>\n

What do you think will happen to the company after that boss retires?<\/p>\n

Even as a salaried employee, your future in a few years\u2019 time will depend on the challenges you take on.<\/p>\n

A company that lets you take on challenges big enough to transform its business is really appealing, isn't it?<\/p>\n
