A Technical Intern Has Gone Missing!<\/p>\n

One of these guys is flying lol<\/p>\n
She said she was going to the hospital to take care of her girlfriend, who had been admitted 10 days before payday, so she took the day off.<\/p>\n
From there, he started skipping work without permission. (To be honest, his recent behavior had been suspicious, so I was already on my guard.)<\/p>\n

One thing that occurred to me this time is that, when it comes to technical interns, it would be better to avoid hiring Vietnamese nationals in the future. (This is strictly my personal opinion.)<\/p>\n
To be honest, I've been thinking this for a while now, but dealing with Vietnamese people is just too difficult.<\/p>\n

However, when the worst aspects of Vietnamese people come to light, things get absolutely terrible.<\/p>\n
Companies are just exploited to the fullest and then abandoned.<\/p>\n
As a negative trait of Vietnamese people,<\/p>\n
I won't apologize<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Refusing to admit fault<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Tells lies easily<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n This really happens a lot.<\/p>\n I don't think this kind of thing suits Japanese people.<\/p>\n Once you get used to it, the unique characteristics of each country start to become apparent, so I don't think there's a problem as long as we can teach students about them.<\/p>\n I'm thinking that, aside from the really nice Vietnamese girl who's here right now, I'm good\u2014lol.<\/p>\n And there is also the fact that the quality of Vietnamese people today has declined significantly.<\/p>\n This is because, even when we try to recruit people, we have a hard time finding enough candidates,<\/p>\n It\u2019s a situation where people over 30 from rural areas who can\u2019t read or write are being forcibly brought here.<\/p>\n Naturally, the number of children who aren\u2019t attending school is increasing, and it seems that these children tend to leave Japan quickly.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n If someone asks, \u201cSo, what\u2019s the next country?\u201d there are actually quite a few clues, but,<\/p>\n To put it simply, people in countries with a wider economic gap than Japan tend to work much harder, and there are many well-behaved people among them.
