When it comes to work, we make preparations, but we each take care of our own preparations, right?<\/p>\n

Since their actions differ from my own, I have to take charge and ensure the team is moving in the same direction.<\/p>\n
As for the plan, if even one person has a different idea, everyone ends up saying, \u201cThis plan is a mess!\u201d<\/p>\n
Plus, the people who usually criticize are the ones who are far removed from those in leadership roles, lol.<\/p>\n

The most important thing for someone in charge of planning is to think ahead.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s about always planning ahead\u2014thinking about \u201cwhat if\u201d scenarios and \u201cdepending on the situation,\u201d and so on.<\/p>\n
Even if it\u2019s a bit of a waste, just doing enough to feel like, \u201cIf I do this much, I\u2019ll be completely covered!\u201d is plenty. (That\u2019s my prediction! lol)<\/p>\n

Even things that seem pointless to an outsider can, depending on the time and circumstances, turn out to be a good thing!<\/p>\n
Planning is also about keeping work moving, and,<\/p>\n
I think the key is figuring out how to get the team to work safely and smoothly.<\/p>\n
