Are your company's new hires still holding up okay? lol<\/p>\n

It's about time you started getting tired of it, isn't it?<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Since I was transitioning from being a student to a working professional, I was nervous for the first week or two starting on April 1,<\/p>\n
These are the three weeks when things will start to ease up a bit, lol.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
When new employees come here, the first thing they think about is how their friends are doing.<\/p>\n
What about my friend's company?<\/p>\n
Are the salaries high?<\/p>\n
Is the job easy?<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
And then I compare myself to them.<\/p>\n
The conclusion is... aaaaaah, it's black!<\/p>\n
Yayyyyy\u2014it's white!<\/p>\n
That's the kind of thinking they have, lol (Well, I did ask some young people, though.)<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
It just feels like we're kind of winging it for now, doesn't it?<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Since there's basically nothing a new hire can do, this really is what matters!<\/p>\n
Get used to your surroundings, get used to people, and get used to mornings!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n These next three to four weeks are really important, aren't they?<\/p>\n If we can hold on here, we should be able to make it through the next three months.<\/p>\n It's the little things you do every day that matter.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n That company's philosophy and approach will set the standard for new employees!<\/p>\n This is a very important aspect of the company, so let's make sure we get it right.<\/p>\n After all, it concerns that employee's life.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I went to all that trouble to get a job at this company.<\/p>\n If it's not that bad, should I stick it out for a few years to see how it goes, or cut my losses early?<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I think you should just treat the older guys at work normally, as usual.<\/p>\n But when I say \u201cnormal,\u201d I don\u2019t mean what was normal back in the guys\u2019 day\u2014I mean what\u2019s normal these days, lol.<\/p>\n This part might be a little tricky, but I think a standard response should be fine.<\/p>\n I hope there will be as many young people as possible who come to love our company and the construction industry through this experience.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The construction industry is going to become one of the best careers out there from now on, don't you think!?<\/p>\n Both working hours and pay are heading toward levels never seen before!<\/p>\n Absolutely!!<\/p>\n That\u2019s exactly why we should give it our all in the construction industry while we\u2019re still young!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hello, everyone.
