This is Enta.<\/p>\n

When things get busy, it can feel like you're about to break under the pressure, right?<\/p>\n

And sometimes people actually do break them, which can lead to some pretty crazy situations, right?<\/p>\n

I'm not the type to get discouraged, lol.<\/p>\n

It's just enough to make me kind of sick of it.<\/p>\n

When I asked myself, \u201cWhy do I do that?\u201d\"I'm not saying failure is a bad thing.\"<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I realized that.<\/p>\n

I don't think to myself, \"This is a piece of cake! There's no way I'll fail.\"<\/p>\n

\"It's me, you know!? Failure is part of the deal, right?\"<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's what I'm thinking.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A while back, I even asked my boss, \u201cThere\u2019s a good chance I\u2019ll mess this up, but is it okay if I do it?\u201d lol<\/p>\n

Actually, even if I\u2019m confident, I still plant the seeds of failure somewhere inside myself.<\/p>\n

That way, when I fail, I can honestly admit to myself, \u201cYeah, I messed up!\u201d<\/p>\n

You might think that's just an excuse, but that'sThe Secret to Staying Strong<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's it.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And these were also factors that made it easier to be forgiving toward subordinates and employees, or<\/p>\n

I think that's also a factor that drives growth.<\/p>\n

People who can't accept that will eventually snap.<\/p>\n

I end up taking on the responsibility.<\/p>\n

No matter what my boss says about the failure,<\/p>\n

The person who is most aware of it and knows it best is the one who made the mistake.<\/p>\n

If you just go on and on about it without listening to the other person, you'll just end up making them hate you, won't you?<\/p>\n

If supervisors are willing to accept mistakes with an open mind, they can continue to have high expectations for the person who made the mistake.<\/p>\n

Bosses or senior colleagues who tend to act all high and mighty, especially right after you\u2019ve messed up<\/strong><\/span>That's true, isn't it?<\/p>\n

People who say things like that tend to hide their own failures.<\/p>\n

They have a habit of hiding their own mistakes, yet they go on and on about other people\u2019s mistakes, embellishing them as they go.<\/p>\n

You know the type, right?<\/p>\n

What we can learn from people like this isDon't hide your mistakes!<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's the point.<\/p>\n

By hiding things, you just end up getting deeper and deeper into trouble.<\/p>\n

So I\u2019ll just come clean about all my mistakes. I\u2019ll say it whether it\u2019s the general contractor or my boss.<\/p>\n

And,Apologize sincerely!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

By talking about my mistakes, the next time something similar happens,<\/p>\n

Since you can always keep past failures in mind as a point of reference,The accuracy of the current success rate will improve dramatically<\/strong>That's right.<\/p>\n

As I\u2019ve written before, simply being mindful of your surroundings can completely transform the environment you\u2019re in.<\/p>\n

Being mindful of past failures can help increase your success rate now.<\/p>\n

If you keep repeating things like that over and over, you\u2019ll develop a resilient spirit, and<\/p>\n

I am able to be tolerant of mistakes made by subordinates and others.<\/p>\n

And you won't get as frustrated.<\/p>\n
