So far, so good, but recently there has been an increase in unscrupulous operators posing as job seekers.<\/p>\n

The other day, the company received a phone call, and...<\/p>\n
\"I saw your job posting for civil engineering workers at Hello Work.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \"I have a quick question. Please call me at 080-\u25cb\u25cb\u25cb\u25cb-\u25cb\u25cb\u25cb\u25cb.\"<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n So I gave them a call.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n So, it turned out they weren't actually job seekers\u2014they came to that company? It was a tactic to get them to refer job openings to us!!!<\/p>\n To begin with,They pose as job seekers to obtain the phone numbers of companies listed on Hello Work and then call them.<\/strong><\/span>That's right.<\/p>\n From our perspective as a company, this is practically tantamount to fraud, isn't it!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Most likely, the job posting that came to that company was also a lie\u2014they just pulled it from somewhere at random to make it seem like a match, and<\/p>\n I assume that means they receive a referral fee from the company.<\/p>\n Recruitment agencies these days are really shady!<\/p>\n I don't think you should use recruitment agencies that make offers like this.<\/p>\n I do think there are plenty of excellent recruiters when it comes to job changes.<\/p>\n However, you should avoid unscrupulous recruitment agencies that are willing to lie just to close a deal.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Conversely, job seekers should not use such agencies either.<\/p>\n Go to the Job Center and take a good look at the job listings, and<\/p>\n Checking things for myself, looking at the website, and checking social media.<\/p>\n I want you to choose a company after carefully checking it out for yourself.<\/p>\n Think things through for yourself!<\/p>\n Your work has an impact on the rest of your life.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Even if someone tells you, \u201cThat company is great!\u201d\u2014please do your own thorough research and think it through for yourself.<\/p>\n If you get caught up with a shady recruiter and end up working at a weird place, you'll be wasting your life!<\/p>\n If there were a place to report these kinds of shady businesses, I\u2019d definitely report them all the time, lol.<\/p>\n It really makes me angry because we're seriously looking to hire here.<\/p>\n And this is happening in the construction industry\u2014which is already said to be facing a labor shortage!!<\/p>\n I guess it's just business, but I suppose that means they won't even give me the time of day if I use the standard method.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I'm sure your company has also received calls from unscrupulous businesses like this.<\/p>\n Let's be careful on our way there!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hello, everyone.
