When I see things like this, I find myself wondering if work has anything to do with job titles or industries.<\/p>\n
I just happened to join this company at a certain point in time, and I just happen to be working in my current position, working with people I just happened to meet here.<\/p>\n

Whether you have fun or not is up to you; I think it\u2019s perfectly fine to just work quietly without talking to anyone.<\/p>\n
But since it\u2019s only me who thinks, \u201cThat was the right answer!\u201d\u2014Can guide oneself to the correct answer<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's what you mean, right?<\/p>\n <\/p>\n There may be some jobs that aren't a good fit, but I don't think there are many jobs that are truly the wrong choice.<\/p>\n Since you just need to figure out the right answer for yourself, changing jobs can be considered one of the right answers.<\/p>\n Personally, I want all employees to be free to fulfill their roles, and<\/p>\n When you're not working, I hope you'll just relax, chat about silly things, and have fun figuring out what works best for you.<\/p>\n It\u2019s a company that offers a lot of freedom internally, but as soon as you step out onto the job site, it\u2019s a public works project bound by strict laws!<\/p>\n It's great to have time where you can enjoy your work while still sticking to the rules, isn't it?<\/p>\n <\/p>\n It\u2019s common for most of one\u2019s life to be spent working and sleeping.<\/p>\n Our self-expression is also our work.<\/p>\n In a way, my current job feels like a bundle of unique traits, and<\/p>\n My work has become so distinctive that whenever people hear \u201cEnta,\u201d they immediately think of me as a slope contractor.
