When I talk to all sorts of people, there\u2019s a phrase that people who are looking to change jobs often say<\/p>\n
\"I wonder if there's a good company out there... I want to switch to a good company!\" That's what people usually say, lol.<\/p>\n

What exactly is a \"good company\"?<\/p>\n
Can you explain that in more detail?<\/p>\n

For example, a company that pays high salaries, offers plenty of time off, gives generous bonuses, and doesn't require business trips.<\/p>\n
A company where the boss is kind, the employees are competent, and the company car isn't a Probox.<\/p>\n

This might come as a surprise, but,<\/p>\n
There isn't a single company like that anywhere in the whole country, lol.<\/p>\n
Like thatThere's no such thing as a \"good\" company.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's right!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n No, no\u2014I heard that company is great!<\/p>\n I heard that company has the highest salaries in Japan! (Keyence)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n To get to the heart of the matter, to get a job at the company with the highest salaries in Japan, you first need to have graduated from a good university (with a high standardized test score) and possess exceptional abilities.<\/p>\n On top of that, you\u2019ll be saddled with hellish overtime and sales quotas.<\/p>\n In the end, there are pros and cons.<\/p>\n It's the grass on the other side.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n When it comes to finding a job or changing careers, you're the one who has to make the right choice.<\/p>\n The vegetation on the slopes in other work zones looks lush and healthy.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n It's not about working for a \"good\" company, but rather, how much are you willing to tolerate from your company?<\/p>\n If you consider companies you can compromise with, the number of companies you might consider switching to will increase even more than before.<\/p>\n And once you join that company, you'll figure out the right answer on your own.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n For example, in Nagano, I won't settle for less than 4 million yen in salary.<\/p>\n Business trips are okay once in a while.<\/p>\n Cars and anything else are fine.<\/p>\n If you're on a salary system, it's okay even without a bonus, or something like that<\/p>\n If you look for areas where you can say, \u201cWell, I guess I can compromise on this,\u201d you\u2019ll likely find a company that\u2019s a pretty good fit for what you\u2019re looking for!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Every company has its good points and its bad points.<\/p>\n That can't be helped.<\/p>\n If you're absolutely determined to run a company exactly the way you want, your only option is to start your own business.<\/p>\n But even if you start a company because you want to do things your own way and don\u2019t want to be told what to do, the situation changes completely once you hire employees, doesn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n I end up being even more careful than before, and I\u2019m like, \u201cWait, this isn\u2019t what I expected!?\u201d lol (speaking from experience)<\/p>\n Ultimately, the company belongs to its employees!<\/p>\n A company can only function because of its employees.<\/p>\n A company where the CEO is just acting like a big shot is total crap, lol (Rules are a different story).<\/p>\n I recommend doing your best to turn things around, making some compromises along the way, and if that still doesn't work, looking for a company where you can grow more than you can at your current one.<\/p>\n Growing here might not be easy\u2014it might actually involve a lot of hard work\u2014but,<\/p>\n If it eventually becomes something you find easy, that probably means you're making progress.<\/p>\n And that might just be the right answer for me.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Instead of going to a good company,<\/p>\n Joining a company where you can make the minimum necessary compromises while still growing (and gaining experience) is what adds depth to your life!<\/p>\n Come to think of it, the slope construction industry is becoming a more employee-friendly industry than ever before.<\/p>\n I highly recommend this to everyone!
