Roughly speaking, what level of pressure do you think is ideal for grouting?<\/p>\n
Basically, a pressure of around 0.2 MPa is sufficient, but,<\/p>\n
Even if you were able to increase the pressure beyond that, it wouldn't make any difference.<\/p>\n

It is known that when pressure is applied, the resulting material\u2014known as pressure-treated concrete\u2014exhibits increased strength.<\/p>\n
However, the significance of pressurization in this ground anchor method is,<\/p>\n
This refers to the process of applying pressure to the surrounding natural ground to cause it to permeate the stabilized soil. (In reality, the particles are too large to permeate.)<\/p>\n
In the case of pressure-cured concrete, it must be allowed to cure while the pressure is maintained; therefore, once the load is removed, it is no longer considered pressure-cured concrete.<\/p>\n
That said, in the case of ground anchors, since they are driven downward, the weight of the cement itself does exert a certain amount of pressure.<\/p>\n
As a result, the grout density has increased in the areas where the same effect as pressurization has been achieved.<\/p>\n
