Is it hard to interact with younger people?<\/p>\n

How do you think I should interact with them?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I\u2019d like to write about my own approach to dealing with this.<\/p>\n

This is the basic concept, but,<\/p>\n

\"Let's reminisce about when we were 20, guys!\"<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's it.<\/p>\n

Try to recall some words that really annoyed you back then.<\/p>\n

Try to recall the attitude that annoyed you back then.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1. Can't you even do something like this?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

2. You're not well-mannered at all!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

3. I'm not making any progress!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

4. How long are you going to keep this up?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

5. Talks too much<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

6. The conversation goes round and round<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

7. Missing tooth<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

8. Tales of Heroism<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

9. Back when I was young...<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

10. I'm stronger than you.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

11. I'd love to see my parents' faces.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

12. I'm going to tell so-and-so.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

13. Compared to him, you're...<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

and so on<\/p>\n

\"Meeting\"<\/p>\n

The key is to avoid getting unnecessarily involved and to refrain from interfering.<\/p>\n

The older guys probably want to get involved, but the younger ones don't.<\/p>\n

You might be thinking, \u201cBut that\u2019s so lonely!\u201d\u2014but this old guy doesn\u2019t have a choice!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It's strictly a professional relationship, right?<\/p>\n

It\u2019s good to teach young people the ropes so that things work out for both sides, so older guys should just let the younger ones take over.<\/p>\n

I don't need some old guy's outdated view of life.<\/p>\n

Young people learn many things through their work.<\/p>\n

That includes how I interact with my uncle.<\/p>\n

But if you just ignore that annoying old guy, things usually work out fine lol<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Wasn't it the same for us guys when we were young?<\/p>\n

And through my work, I meet people who are like mentors or masters, and that\u2019s how I begin to change.<\/p>\n

That's why we middle-aged guys,Just teach them the job thoroughly and carefully, and then all you have to do is trust them.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

After that, they'll just figure things out on their own and grow on their own.<\/p>\n

If you mess up, you can just recover from it, right?<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s give them plenty of opportunities to take on challenges, let them fail, and let them learn! (Failure is the responsibility of their bosses, seniors, and older guys.)<\/p>\n

That's what the guys do ^^<\/p>\n

And that's the best way to handle it, lol.<\/p>\n
