These days, with the work-style reforms, it\u2019s become impossible to work.<\/p>\n

Back when we middle-aged guys were young, we could work as much as we wanted.<\/p>\n
That's why there are so many middle-aged men who are really good at their jobs and know a lot about everything.<\/p>\n
However, young people today find themselves in an environment that makes it difficult for them to work. (Society is...)<\/p>\n
That's why people say that young people today grow as individuals more slowly than the older generation did.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
People in the old days worked so much that they had no choice but to learn the ropes.<\/p>\n
To put it bluntly, even a fool can do the same thing over and over again, so I was able to learn the job to a certain extent.<\/p>\n
But since I\u2019ve been deprived of that opportunity right now, it\u2019s only natural that the project will be over before I have a chance to learn (master) it,<\/p>\n
I'm switching to a new type of work, so I have to start all over again.<\/p>\n
It goes by so fast I don't even have time to remember it, and I end up thinking, \"I did this type of work two years ago, didn't I?\"<\/p>\n

I understand. I'm a middle-aged guy, and I've seen plenty of people like that.<\/p>\n

1. A genuinely good person!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 2. I work harder than anyone else<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 3. Knows when to stop<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 4. Knows how to sort waste<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 5. Excelling in one area<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 6. A Strong Spirit<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 7. They can switch gears quickly<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 8. A little unusual<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 9. Can be considered from various perspectives<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 10. Defying Your Boss<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 11. I get along well with my juniors<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 12. I\u2019m going my own way!\u201d?<\/p>\n I guess he's the type of person who just focuses on the task at hand for now.<\/p>\n There's one thing I can say for sure.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Please do as much of the work as you can.<\/p>\n It\u2019s a tough world to work in, but it\u2019s certainly true that those who get a lot done tend to rise to the top!<\/p>\n Please take on lots of work!<\/p>\n Once you hit your 50s, your abilities decline all at once, lol.<\/p>\n Seriously lol<\/p>\n My seniors used to tell me that, too. Once you hit your late 40s... lol<\/p>\n Well, in my case, since I\u2019m so busy and getting a lot of work done, I might just barely be okay (though I don\u2019t really know).<\/p>\n People who can handle a heavy workload will succeed in any industry!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n However, there is one downside to working really hard, and that is,<\/p>\n \"Back in my day, we worked a lot harder!\" they say,<\/p>\n A tale of bravery that\u2019s despised around the world.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n But people who say that must be good at their jobs, lol.<\/p>\n (There are also people who tell fictional (imaginary) tales of their exploits, making themselves feel as if they\u2019ve done a lot of work.)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I'll never forget the job I learned when I was young!<\/p>\n I'll never forget the hardships I went through.<\/p>\n Everything you do right now leads to your future!<\/p>\n I'm looking forward to seeing where you all will be when you reach your 40s after going through a lot of hardships and working hard ^^<\/p>\n <\/p>\n See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hello, everyone.
