It\u2019s better to avoid any delays!<\/p>\n<p>However, site supervisors tend to want to bring in materials as soon as the contractor arrives, or after the contractor has already started work.<\/p>\n<p>I felt the same way. It\u2019s like, \u201cWhy are we just bringing in materials when no one\u2019s even there?\u201d\u2026 and it just seems like a hassle, lol.<\/p>\n<p>That's what I was thinking.<\/p>\n<p>During this time of year, you often can\u2019t secure materials unless you place an order and wait for the supplier to deliver them.<\/p>\n<p>However, there is one thing<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">There are drawbacks<\/span><\/strong>That's right!<\/p>\n<p>If the materials are already on site, the general contractor puts pressure on us to get the work done quickly!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5060\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/d23b7c9f3403fca2b75f8c5a971c7dfb.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"466\" srcset=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/d23b7c9f3403fca2b75f8c5a971c7dfb.jpeg 308w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/d23b7c9f3403fca2b75f8c5a971c7dfb-300x280.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And then, excuses like, \u201cThe lead time for the materials is too long, so I can\u2019t get them in~,\u201d won\u2019t fly anymore.<\/p>\n<p>Ideally, it would be best to have a system in place where materials can be shipped at any time, or to keep them in stock at our own warehouse, lol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>See you later.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>P.S.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of next year, Shioda Development still has openings, right?
