I went to Izu the other day.<\/p>\n
From the Shin-Tomei Expressway to Shuzenji via the Izu Jukan Expressway!<\/p>\n
It's been a while since I went, but I can breeze through it in one go!!!<\/p>\n
Back in the day, traffic jams on the Tomei Expressway from Numazu used to be a real hassle, didn't they?<\/p>\n
I'm so impressed that now it seems you can get all the way to the Shuzenji area in one go.<\/p>\n
I remembered that I had done a few general contractor projects in the Shuzenji area.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
This construction project is still in full swing.<\/p>\n
It looks like it continues all the way to Shimoda.<\/p>\n
Civil engineering is such a wonderful and amazing field, yet it has such a low social status...<\/p>\n
I wonder why??<\/p>\n
Well, maybe I'm still hung up on the old \"3K\" concept.<\/p>\n
Back in the day, most of the jobs that kids who skipped school and acted like total idiots ended up doing were manual labor jobs.<\/p>\n
Those people who were called \"stupid kids\" are now...Valuable multi-skilled and specialized workers<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's it.<\/p>\n I just didn't do my schoolwork, but I did my job. As a result, I'm a civil engineering pro!<\/p>\n I'm that type, too, lol. I'm a bit of a fool, but I never stopped going with the flow.<\/p>\n And, given the historical context, it was a time of rapid growth in civil engineering and construction!<\/p>\n Back then, there was plenty of work available, so salaries were high\u2014it was a good time, but,<\/p>\n That era came to an end when our workload decreased and our pay started to drop\u2014that was back when we were young.<\/p>\n Times have changed since then, and mechanization has advanced to an extreme degree.<\/p>\n We\u2019re in an era where machines automatically move soil, rather than people touching it by hand.<\/p>\n The phrase \"hard, dirty, dangerous\" no longer applies.<\/p>\n I can't say it doesn't happen, but it's much better than it used to be!<\/p>\n And the number of women entering the workforce has increased significantly. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is also promoting this trend.<\/p>\n If we can dispel even a little of that negative image, it\u2019ll probably make recruiting a bit easier, won\u2019t it?<\/p>\n Civil engineering is such an amazing field\u2014let\u2019s work to improve the public image of civil engineering as a profession!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n We're actively hiring to support our business expansion!<\/p>\n We\u2019re actively recruiting construction managers, skilled tradespeople, and future construction managers!!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n See you later<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hello, everyone.
