Hello, everyone.<\/p>\n

This is Enta.<\/p>\n

\"The<\/p>\n

This is a view of the Himalayas from an elevation of about 2,200 meters in Nepal.<\/p>\n

Even though we were at 2,200 meters, there were mountains even higher than that\u2014it was truly magnificent!<\/p>\n

And since the air is thin, even the slightest movement leaves me gasping for breath lol (Am I getting old?)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Today, I\u2019d like to write about the Nepali personality.<\/p>\n

This is based on the account of the person who accompanied us throughout our stay in Nepal.<\/p>\n

It reflects my own thoughts, including my impressions of the interns working at Enta.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

He has a very easygoing and friendly personality.<\/p>\n

They have a strong sense of camaraderie and don't tend to assert themselves much.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Doesn't this actually seem surprisingly un-Japanese? lol<\/p>\n

Japan has entered an era of individualism, but when I think back to the old days, wasn't it something like this?<\/p>\n

Looking at the infrastructure\u2014such as roads and buildings\u2014it\u2019s roughly what Japan looked like 50 years ago.<\/p>\n

\"Nepal:<\/p>\n

Think back to what Japanese people were like back then lol (I think the older guys will get this lol)<\/p>\n

It feels like someone who left the countryside and is working hard in the city.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

But I'm just standing there blankly because I'm overwhelmed by everything around me and don't know what to do.<\/p>\n

The technical intern who gets scolded for that lol<\/p>\n

That's what she was like when she first came to our house from Nepal, and now she's like this \u2193\u2193<\/p>\n

\"Grouting<\/p>\n

I'm starting to look more put-together lol<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It's so cute.<\/p>\n

He's really friendly, lol<\/p>\n

I think Nepalese people are really great.<\/p>\n

Once you join the company, if they see you as one of their own, they\u2019ll treat you with respect\u2014whether you\u2019re Japanese or not.<\/p>\n

I think that's what makes Nepalese people so great.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

However, they have a strong sense of camaraderie and sometimes treat me to lunch, but,<\/p>\n

That can be a little tough for Japanese people, lol<\/p>\n

After all, some Nepalese dishes just don't suit my taste.<\/p>\n

Apparently, most restaurants in Japan that say \"Indian cuisine\" on their signs actually serve Nepali food lol<\/p>\n

It's probably just because they think putting \"India\" on the sign will attract more customers.<\/p>\n

If you write \u201cNepalese cuisine,\u201d I think Japanese people would be suspicious and not go, lol.<\/p>\n

Why don't you try visiting an Indian restaurant near you?<\/p>\n

That's Nepali cuisine!<\/p>\n

\"Nepal,<\/p>\n

(It's called \"did,\" a dish eaten by people living in the high-altitude regions of Nepal. You take a small bite, dip it in curry, and swallow it\u2014it was seriously crazy lol.)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

That said, I think Nepalese people are just that kind of people.<\/p>\n

I don't think it's a good idea to compare them, but right now I'm all about Nepal lol<\/p>\n

I've also had some interactions with people from Myanmar recently, and they were really great, too.<\/p>\n

Beyond that, the important things are whether it fits your company\u2019s culture and whether it\u2019s a good fit for your employees, right?<\/p>\n

Everyone has their own way of perceiving things, so I think it\u2019s a good idea to see for yourself.<\/p>\n

I think the Nepali technical interns have really great personalities!<\/p>\n
