A lot of things have changed recently because our invoices have switched to the invoice format.<\/p>\n
I think anyone involved in running a business or handling administrative work would probably understand this.<\/p>\n

So, what has changed?<\/p>\n
In order for an invoice to qualify as a \"qualified invoice,\" the existing invoice must<\/p>\n
You must enter the \"Registration Number\" and \"Applicable Tax Rate.\"<\/p>\n
That's all you need to write.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The registration number is a corporate number that starts with \"T.\"<\/p>\n
Also, the applicable tax rate is 10%.<\/p>\n
Honestly, I just wonder how much pointless paperwork they want me to do.<\/p>\n
To begin with, since most public construction contractors are taxable entities, it doesn't really matter, but,<\/p>\n
My invoice was returned just because it didn't list the 10% tax rate lol<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I just think that returning this invoice is kind of nonsensical.<\/p>\n
We both know what's going on, so just add it in there yourself!<\/p>\n
Isn't that shipping fee a waste??<\/p>\n
If you just give me a call or send me an email to let me know you want to add something, I think that'll be all, right?<\/p>\n
Isn't it fine that we work together based on mutual trust? (It's like saying, \"We're on the same page, right?\")<\/p>\n

And there are some clerks who say email just won't do, you know?<\/p>\n
Our invoices are signed with an electronic seal and printed using a laser printer.<\/p>\n
What's the difference between printing it out and sending it, and sending it by email and then printing it?<\/p>\n
Is that just the cost of printing?? lol<\/p>\n
On top of that, even though we\u2019re in an era where personal seals aren\u2019t needed anymore, they\u2019re still going on about \u201cpersonal seals\u201d\u2014seriously, what ever happened to digital transformation in Japan\u2019s construction industry??<\/p>\n

Honestly, the paperwork these days is such a hassle\u2014it really gets on my nerves!<\/p>\n
I really think we need to bring more digital transformation to administrative work, lol.<\/p>\n
