I really mean it!!<\/p>\n<p>I do get some prank emails asking, \u201cAre you hiring via email?\u201d lol<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">We're seriously looking for people who want to work in entertainment!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-7926\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/job_roudousya_young-600x401.png\" alt=\"Job Openings\" width=\"600\" height=\"401\" srcset=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/job_roudousya_young.png 600w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/job_roudousya_young-300x201.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>But that's beside the point.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Where Do Anchor Installers Make Mistakes?<\/span><\/strong><\/span>I'm going to write about that.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">1. Drilling<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>I assume that after drilling, the inside of the casing is cleaned.<\/p>\n<p>The term \"cleaning\" here refers to removing the slime left inside the casing.<\/p>\n<p>But it's hard to say just how effective the cleaning really is\u2014I guess it's better to do it than not, right?<\/p>\n<p>That's about the level of it. By the way, I didn't do that when I was younger.<\/p>\n<p>That's because drilling with water alone doesn't produce as much flow as when using a compressor.<\/p>\n<p>It ended with me twisting the inner part around and around while letting the water flow out. (A little bit of slime comes out.)<\/p>\n<p>These days, though, since you mix water and air, you can really make it spray out with a bang.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, just because you can't do this doesn't mean it will lead to an installation error.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s just that, while the books all say to rinse with water, none of them actually say to blow it off with air, lol.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-7928 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/5a4083866c86c52b8c18a23198b206d4-600x460.jpg\" alt=\"Cleaning Inside the Casing\" width=\"600\" height=\"460\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>2. Tendon Insertion (Anchor Body)<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Insert the tendon.<\/p>\n<p>If you don't use a bell mouth at that point, the poly hose in the free-length section may become damaged.<\/p>\n<p>If grout adheres to that area, the free end will become fixed, and the intended elongation may not be achieved.<\/p>\n<p>Also, it\u2019s a big problem if there\u2019s oil residue at the tendon attachment point before insertion.<\/p>\n<p>Since friction is absolutely essential for the attachment section, any reduction in friction is highly likely to cause the part to come loose.<\/p>\n<p>You should also be careful about gloves when inserting them. (Be sure to remove gloves that are covered in oil.)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">This is where you might make a mistake.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Be sure to protect the mounting area thoroughly!<\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">3. Cement slurry injection<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>What do you think of the formula?<\/p>\n<p>Isn't there too much water?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The Key to Ground Anchor Construction<\/span><\/strong><\/span>This is the part<\/p>\n<p>Without a doubt, this is the most important part.<\/p>\n<p>If the cement slurry is too runny or you're worried about its consistency, it's definitely better to make a new batch!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">If you mess this up, you're more likely to slip out! This is absolutely crucial!!!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-7841 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/88f450b862c7d3e65504df87e9067284-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"Cement Milk: Complete\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A strength of 24 kN is easily achievable with standard manufacturing, but some people try to adjust it with water because they think it\u2019s too hard.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">If the mixture is too stiff, use a plasticizer to loosen it up!<\/span><\/strong>That would be better.<\/p>\n<p>Because water and cement slurry have different specific gravities, they may not mix well.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Construction managers, please make sure to double-check this one thing.<\/p>\n<p>Also, be sure to inject starting from the deepest (lowest) point.<\/p>\n<p>This is a golden rule for anchor installation. The same applies to grout injection.<\/p>\n<p>*\"Dob-zuke\" grouting refers to a method in which, after drilling a hole, grout is injected into the casing first, followed by the insertion of the tendons.<\/p>\n<p>Please inject the fluid from the very bottom to replace the drilling fluid.<\/p>\n<p>If a thick stream of cement milk comes out of the mouth, the bonding area is likely fine.<\/p>\n<p>However, the dip-coating process makes the work area very dirty.<\/p>\n<p>There are also ways to prevent it from flowing out.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-7929 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/86dc7468ea5b9b1a25c2e4db5b4670d9-600x460.jpg\" alt=\"Replacement Injection\" width=\"600\" height=\"460\" srcset=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/86dc7468ea5b9b1a25c2e4db5b4670d9.jpg 600w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/86dc7468ea5b9b1a25c2e4db5b4670d9-300x230.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You can't use thin milk like the one in the photo above! lol (Wait for the cement slurry to thicken.)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Next is the pressure, but I don't really care about that. (Just my personal opinion.)<\/p>\n<p>In the publications of the Japanese Geotechnical Society,<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\"The work shall be carried out using methods appropriate for the ground conditions around the anchor body.\"<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>...is how it's phrased.
