Since last week, in the ground anchor construction project,<\/p>\n
I teach construction management, covering topics ranging from drilling to stress management.<\/p>\n

I've been getting requests like this lately, so I've been going out to teach.<\/p>\n
Of course, I mean as part of my job.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
No one ever taught us this kind of know-how before, did they?<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The instructor will only teach you one of them, lol.<\/p>\n
Plus, it seems like they'll teach you once you join the company.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
However, these days, you can find out just about anything by going online.<\/p>\n
With text or photos.<\/p>\n
But if it\u2019s just text and photos like this, you might still feel a little uneasy about the actual installation, right?<\/p>\n
Are you sure this is okay?<\/p>\n
Is this right?<\/p>\n
Didn't you make a mistake?<\/p>\n
There are times when you just want to hear it said out loud, right?<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Someone standing right next to me who says, \u201cIt\u2019s okay!\u201d or,<\/p>\n
It\u2019s reassuring to have someone who can tell you how to handle problems when they arise, isn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n

When you take on something new, you always have to step outside your comfort zone.<\/p>\n
However, since this is work, I can't take risks just for the sake of it.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re having them learn the job in a situation where it seems like they\u2019re in a dangerous spot, but they\u2019re actually surrounded by a sense of security, lol.<\/p>\n
If that happens, it will become part of that company\u2019s know-how, and I\u2019d be happy to see even a few more slope construction companies emerge, and<\/p>\n
I can do that as part of my job, too.<\/p>\n
That company will then be able to use that technology in its own operations for decades to come.<\/p>\n
I'm sharing all that know-how with you, lol.<\/p>\n

People back in the day used to say, \u201cIf you do that, it\u2019ll cut into your own work!\u201d and,<\/p>\n
There are still people who say things like that.<\/p>\n
But in reality, what are we going to do about Japan, which is just getting worse and worse due to this severe labor shortage?<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
They'll go extinct before we can teach them and increase their numbers, won't they?<\/p>\n
I\u2019m doing this because I think, \u201cIf that\u2019s the case, shouldn\u2019t we keep teaching and growing the program?\u201d ^^<\/p>\n
