Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

For the past two weeks or so, I've been out in the field working with technical interns.

One is a "veteran"—already in her fifth year—and the other just started this year.

I'm in the middle of the photo, and the interns are on either side of me.

By the time they reach fifth grade, they’re already getting things done one after another and taking the initiative to organize their work without needing to be told.

When you're new on the job, you don't even know how to start the generator or use the pile driver.

It’s only natural that you wouldn’t know this, so I’ll walk you through it step by step using translation software.

The fifth graders will also give instructions in Vietnamese.

I realized something while working on this job site: when I asked the names of the tools in Vietnamese,

They say it doesn't exist in Vietnamese, lol

"No way! There must be some, right!?" I asked, but since I've never even touched a Pailen or anything like that in Vietnam...

"You only know Japanese? LOL"

He had completely become a Japanese craftsman!!

Is it easy for technical interns to find work in the construction industry even after they return to their home countries?

I did think that for a moment, but since Japan is still much more advanced in terms of mechanization,

While thinking, “On the flip side, I’ll probably get sick of all the manual labor once I get back home,” we were working away in a lively atmosphere.

Being on-site really is the best!

But when I try to work on estimates and designs after work, I'm so sleepy that I can't get anything done...

It's Saturday, and I'm thinking, "I guess I'll just have to get this done over the weekend," but I'm hard at work drilling holes right now ^^

I'm at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism site—what the heck is going on here?? lol

See you later.
