And it\u2019s almost never the case that we\u2019d just move on to the next job site.<\/p>\n

Under the current system, it is absolutely impossible to say things like, \u201cI\u2019ll make it up at the next job site,\u201d or \u201cI\u2019ll compensate for it.\u201d<\/p>\n

The reason is that the major companies and general contractors today...Site supervisors prepare budgets but don't have the authority to make decisions.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's right.<\/p>\n

Decisions are typically made by departments such as the Purchasing Department or the Construction Management Department, which centrally manage construction unit prices and budgets.<\/p>\n

The on-site supervisor's share of the money is probably less than 10,000 yen.<\/p>\n

I've heard that employees at a major company I know need to submit a request form just to spend 5,000 yen.<\/p>\n

Back in the day,At the next job site<\/span><\/strong><\/span>I was able to respond thoroughly, and there was also an on-site situation.<\/p>\n

There are so many great people here that even our employees say things like, \u201cThat manager from the other day was really nice.\u201d<\/p>\n

He's not as eccentric as the previous coach. (laughs)<\/p>\n

I guess there really is a growing disconnect between the company\u2019s perspective and that of the people on the front lines, isn\u2019t there?<\/p>\n

However, it\u2019s a great honor to be invited by a director I\u2019d like to work with.<\/p>\n

I'd go there in a heartbeat just to get my money back, lol.<\/p>\n

People like that shouldn't beat around the bush from the start\u2014they should just come right out and say it.<\/p>\n

When they say, \u201cI don\u2019t have any money, but please help me out anyway!\u201d I just end up thinking, \u201cWell, I guess I have no choice,\u201d lol.<\/p>\n
