This has been happening quite frequently lately, but,<\/p>\n
Sometimes emails requesting quotes end up in my spam folder, so I don't notice them.<\/p>\n
If you have sent an email and have not received a response, please let us know.<\/p>\n
It seems that attachments, in particular, are being misidentified.<\/p>\n
I check my spam folder once a week, but sometimes I forget.<\/p>\n

There are a lot of people who misunderstand things like this.<\/p>\n

People who are mistaken tend to think pretty much the same thing, but,<\/p>\n
I believe that everything in the company belongs to the president.<\/p>\n
It seems right, but it's actually a little off.<\/p>\n
All of those items belong to the corporation.<\/p>\n

What Is a Corporation?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \"Although not human, they are recognized as legal persons under the law and may validly perform legal acts, <\/p>\n That's the point.<\/p>\n If you make a purchase using profits earned through company activities, everything becomes the property of the company as a legal entity.<\/p>\n The idea that \u201cwhat belongs to the company belongs to the president\u201d is wrong.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n However, when a company makes a major purchase,The business owner is a joint guarantor<\/span><\/strong><\/span>We will take out a loan for this purpose.<\/p>\n That means that if something goes wrong at the company, the management will take full responsibility for it.<\/p>\n That's where the risk for business owners lies.<\/p>\n That\u2019s exactly why business owners are so stingy. (It goes without saying.)<\/p>\n As anyone with a mortgage will know,<\/p>\n You spent your whole life building a house, right? lol (Though there are some exceptions.)<\/p>\n I think I took out a mortgage with myself as the joint guarantor and insured myself.<\/p>\n Can you just kick that house or break it apart? You'll take good care of it, right?<\/p>\n <\/p>\n It's the same thing.<\/p>\n From the company president\u2019s perspective, he will do everything he can to protect the company he built by taking out a loan\u2014a decision that consumed his entire life.<\/p>\n That\u2019s exactly why we take good care of the company\u2019s equipment and machinery, and why we pay attention to the little things. (It goes without saying, lol.)<\/p>\n This is just how things are.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n What about the CEOs at your companies? (Except for the big ones, lol)<\/p>\n We're taking on considerable risks behind the scenes<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's right.<\/p>\n We\u2019ve taken on a great deal of risk to purchase tools, machinery, and construction vehicles, and you\u2019re all using them to do your jobs.<\/p>\n That's the money used to pay salaries.<\/p>\n That means it's hard to get paid without them,<\/p>\n This means that if those systems break down, there\u2019s a possibility that salaries won\u2019t increase.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n People are always saying, \u201cThink from a management perspective,\u201d but that\u2019s just impossible, lol.<\/p>\n I believe that it\u2019s only by taking on risk that you can truly see things from a business owner\u2019s perspective.<\/p>\n That said, I don't have the slightest desire for my employees to understand that, but,<\/p>\n The point is that it's better to know than not to know.<\/p>\n The president is working hard even behind the scenes, lol<\/p>\n <\/p>\n See you later.<\/p>\n
