Because the government says so. At least for now.<\/p>\n<p>Well, with these special measures in place, it looks like something outrageous is about to happen again.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you think about it simply, you end up with an outrageously high unit price, and thanks to the middlemen...<\/p>\n<p>The usual price is 40,000 yen, but it's 10,000 yen or something?
