{"id":49307,"date":"2023-06-26T08:00:08","date_gmt":"2023-06-25T23:00:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/?p=49307"},"modified":"2026-05-16T13:55:59","modified_gmt":"2026-05-16T04:55:59","slug":"publish-site-accident-cases","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/norimen.net\/en\/publish-site-accident-cases\/","title":{"rendered":"Wouldn't publishing case studies of accidents and disasters that occur on-site help reduce the number of accidents?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello, everyone.<\/p>\n<p>This is Enta.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1802\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/8823428add162ea6925215296ff8c67f.jpg\" alt=\"Safety First\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In June and July, each company will hold a safety meeting.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We also make a point of visiting the companies we work with as a subcontractor.<\/p>\n<p>I can't go if the timing doesn't work out, lol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>When I attend safety meetings at these various companies, there are parts that are exactly the same everywhere.<\/p>\n<p>Does everyone understand?<\/p>\n<p>There's always a part that's the same.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-49308\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/sai13-880-43-1.gif\" alt=\"Disaster Case Studies\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>That's right!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 130%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Disaster Case Studies (Required)<\/span><\/strong><\/span>... will be displayed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Using examples of disasters that have occurred at your company, explain why those disasters happened.<\/p>\n<p>So, what was the outcome?<\/p>\n<p>It always comes up.<\/p>\n<p>And since cases like this happen, please be careful, everyone!<\/p>\n<p>We will make this known to everyone.<\/p>\n<p>I totally get that.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>But here's the thing.<\/p>\n<p>If I had to choose between the on-site employees of that company and the president of the construction company, the majority of the people at that venue are those who don\u2019t actually work on-site.<\/p>\n<p>Like a materials supplier, maybe? lol<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It's fine. I mean, up until the point where we all pledge to prevent accidents.<\/p>\n<p>But the people actually working on the front lines are getting left behind, lol.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s as if you don\u2019t even know that information, right?<\/p>\n<p>Most of it is displayed on the screen as slides, and<\/p>\n<p>It goes something like, \u201cThere was an accident like this at the \u25cb\u25cb site, and I got hurt here\u2026\u201d and that\u2019s where it ends.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If work is proceeding smoothly on the day the safety meeting is held, the day will end as if nothing had happened.<\/p>\n<p>I didn't even know they were holding a safety meeting at the site...<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-49309\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/pose_doredore_man.png\" alt=\"View\" width=\"425\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/pose_doredore_man.png 425w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/pose_doredore_man-255x300.png 255w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 425px) 100vw, 425px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>What I'm trying to say is, I want this message to reach the people on the front lines, right!?<\/p>\n<p>I want to share this with people working on-site! (I want them to see this.)<\/p>\n<p>From the organizer\u2019s perspective, I\u2019m sure they\u2019d say, \u201cJust go back and spread the word, okay!?\u201d but,<\/p>\n<p>I don't think there are many companies that do that. (As a subcontractor that was invited to participate)<\/p>\n<p>After all, it's just for viewing the slides.<\/p>\n<p>I get that it\u2019s not practical to call everyone\u2014I understand that too!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The subcontractors who attended basically went along with the attitude that, \u201cWell, it\u2019s a safety meeting, and since we\u2019re getting work from them, we might as well go.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Do you really think someone with that kind of mindset would go to a safety meeting and then come back to spread the word throughout the company?<\/p>\n<p>Especially since there isn't even any data.
