The brain you use every day (even if you don't realize you're using it)<\/p>\n
Even when you're really deep in thought, you tend to zone out when your concentration starts to slip, right?<\/p>\n
Actually, it seems that your brain is more active when you're daydreaming.<\/p>\n
When you're thinking, you're in default mode; when you're spacing out, you're in neutral mode.<\/p>\n
They say that good ideas often come to mind when you're in neutral mode, and<\/p>\n
When someone says to you at work, \u201cHey! What are you spacing out for?,\u201d it actually means your brain was working incredibly hard.<\/p>\n
It's kind of confusing, and I end up thinking, \"Huh?\"<\/p>\n

But that's beside the point.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Someone told me I've been posting a lot about ground anchor construction lately, lol.<\/p>\n
If you look at the categories on the right side of the blog, you'll see that this is by far the most common category after \"rock bolt installation.\"<\/p>\n
Maybe it's because, personally, I find this type of work full of things to nitpick? lol<\/p>\n
It's easy to write with.<\/p>\n
If you look closely, there's only one topic related to rocknet construction, and only one related to design.<\/p>\n
Rocknet, on the other hand, is so simple that it\u2019s hard to write about, and when it comes to design topics, I feel like I\u2019d just get criticized for differences in design philosophy...<\/p>\n
In my designs, I strive to create plans that not only meet the client\u2019s minimum requirements but are also highly constructible.<\/p>\n
Of course, as a professional, I\u2019ve taken factors such as cost-effectiveness into account.<\/p>\n
But that\u2019s actually kind of hard to write about, isn\u2019t it? lol<\/p>\n
Even though it might seem like I'm just rambling on like this, I do have a lot of respect for my seniors. (laughs)<\/p>\n
If I write anything too weird (or articles that are a little off), I sometimes get calls from people scolding me.<\/p>\n

So, I do take it pretty seriously to a certain extent.<\/p>\n
However, I won\u2019t\u2014and can\u2019t\u2014write in a way that strictly follows everything laid out in how-to books.<\/p>\n
In most cases, I\u2019m writing about ideas, methods, and shortcuts based on my own experience and knowledge.<\/p>\n
I\u2019d love to keep writing about things you won\u2019t find in books\u2014like \u201cHere\u2019s how to handle this\u201d or \u201cHere\u2019s how to use this tool.\u201d<\/p>\n
I plan to write more about the types of work that haven't been covered yet (limited to slopes).<\/p>\n
I could go into more detail, but I worry that if I get too niche, it might be hard to read... lol<\/p>\n
