around the office doing my rounds and filling out paperwork lol<\/p>\n<p>So I'm not tired at all!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-49024\" 2)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Last time, we got as far as assembly.<\/p>\n<p>This time, we'll drive anchor bars (standard rebar) into the joints.<\/p>\n<p>The terms used include \"main anchor,\" \"primary anchor,\" and \"anchor bar,\" but,<\/p>\n<p>It's confusing because they use similar names when applying the final layer, but,<\/p>\n<p>Since it's a different type of work, the craftsmen understand.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-49025\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/R0014017.jpg\" of the vertical and horizontal beams!<\/p>\n<p>This is commonly known as<span style=\"font-size: 130%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Anti-slip rebar<\/span><\/strong><\/span>It's what they call,<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Ensure that the formwork does not shift while the mortar is being sprayed<\/span><\/strong>It's meant for that purpose.<\/p>\n<p>As for size, it depends on the frame dimensions, but they range from D16 to D22 (SD345), with lengths from about 800 mm to 1,500 mm.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-49026\" side of the figure above, anchor bars are used to prevent the material from shifting or falling during spraying.<\/p>\n<p>Once the mortar has hardened, it won't shift, but there is a possibility that it could slip while it's still setting.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Also, on drawings, there\u2019s often a single line drawn somewhere, as shown on the left.<\/p>\n<p>You can place the anchor at the top, bottom, left, right, or center\u2014but honestly, it doesn't really matter where you put it!<\/p>\n<p>I'll say it again: it doesn't matter where you are!<\/p>\n<p>Every now and then, there are directors who make no sense\u2014insisting that something has to be right in the middle or on the far right\u2014but it works just as well no matter where you put it.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not as if we\u2019re taking a finished-product measurement there, so the reason it\u2019s written in that spot is that,<\/p>\n<p>It's because they're still using the \"ancient blueprints\" that have been passed down through the construction consulting firm, lol.<\/p>\n<p>It would be really helpful if construction consultants could offset the positions of the main anchors when drawing in rebar insertion points. lol<\/p>\n<p>(Even the clueless government...)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Since it functions as an anti-slip rebar, you can install it anywhere without any issues!<\/p>\n<p>However, there is one important point to note: when installing rebar (rock bolts), be sure to install them in one of the four directions\u2014up, down, left, or right.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes, there are really clueless contractors who drive anchors right into the center of an intersection and then cover them with void pipes...<\/p>\n<p>We've actually had cases where it gets in the way so much during drilling, style=\"font-size: 150%; color: #ff0000;\"><strong>We plan to install the rebar insertion jig exactly in the center of the formwork.<\/strong><\/span>So,<\/p>\n<p>Please install anti-shift rebar at the top, bottom, left, and right edges.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes people say, \u201cSince we\u2019re pouring concrete to embed the rebar, isn\u2019t this unnecessary?\u201d but they serve different purposes.<\/p>\n<p>These are primarily intended as main anchors to be used before and during the application of sprayed mortar.<\/p>\n<p>You must pour the concrete!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" anchor bars in the cross beams.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of crossbeams, this is to prevent sagging.<\/p>\n<p>The crossbeam sags under the weight of the mortar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We will install the auxiliary anchors in a manner similar to that shown in the figure above.<\/p>\n<p>This also has little to do with position; its function is to prevent dripping.<\/p>\n<p>In reality, if the slope is steep, we apply additional coats, and each contractor uses their own methods to prevent the paint from running.<\/p>\n<p>I was wondering if there were any photos of it hanging down, but,<\/p>\n<p>Since I couldn't find anything about this online or on our company's website, I think most companies are being careful about this.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>By the way, you\u2019ll definitely need a drill when pouring concrete.<\/p>\n<p>The tools that slope maintenance workers usually use<span style=\"font-size: 150%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Click here to adhering to the inside of the formwork.<\/p>\n<p>If this isn't installed, you'll have to chisel out the mortar inside the frame later, so be sure to install it.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And with that, the formwork assembly for the on-site sprayed concrete formwork is now complete.<\/p>\n<p>Next up is spray application!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>See you
