{"id":48897,"date":"2023-04-22T08:00:57","date_gmt":"2023-04-21T23:00:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/?p=48897"},"modified":"2026-06-07T23:21:18","modified_gmt":"2026-06-07T14:21:18","slug":"lath-anchor-count-check","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/norimen.net\/en\/lath-anchor-count-check\/","title":{"rendered":"Reinforcement Installer: How many anchors need to be installed!?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello, everyone.<\/p>\n<p>This is Enta.<\/p>\n<p>I received a question on my Ameblo blog the other day, so I thought I\u2019d answer it.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-43600\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/top-instagram-peing.jpg\" alt=\"FAQ\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\"When the government asked, 'What is the basis for having 30 or more anchors per 100 square meters?',<\/span><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">I've asked my seniors and looked it up online, but there aren't even any books on the subject...<\/span><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">I've been looking into this from all angles, but I just can't figure it out!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\"If you know, please let me know.\"<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>That was the gist of it.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Things like this have been happening a lot lately.<\/p>\n<p>Since everything has been simplified to market prices, questions have arisen among those who are unaware of the actual details (especially young engineers)...<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s in little things like this that it comes out, you know.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our engineers in their mid-40s and older have lived through an era where every little detail\u2014like loss rates\u2014mattered.<\/p>\n<p>So things are really easy right now!<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s like, \u201cForget about the waste rate\u2014it\u2019s the market price per square meter, so how much is it per square meter!?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Whether the materials needed to complete a 1,000-square-meter project are a lot or a little, it\u2019s the market price!<\/p>\n<p>I only get paid the market rate.<\/p>\n<p>That's the same idea as what we discussed the other day regarding voluntary temporary housing.<\/p>\n<p>Well, that would be a different story if the situation were really that dire and they\u2019d already reached an agreement beforehand.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Back in the day, it was a real hassle just to inspect empty bags, wasn't it?<\/p>\n<p>Huh? There aren't enough empty bags? margin: 0px !important;\" src=\"https:\/\/ir-jp.amazon-adsystem.com\/e\/ir?t=entaitem-22&amp;language=ja_JP&amp;l=li3&amp;o=9&amp;a=488950415X\" alt=\"\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Incidentally, while verifying the number of anchors installed by the formwork crew is listed as a \u201cverification item,\u201d it is different from as-built inspection.<\/p>\n<p>The key to quality control is<span style=\"font-size: 130%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Just the layers of the lasagna<\/span><\/strong><\/span>So please don't get that wrong.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It may be that such detailed figures aren't necessary anymore, but if the government agency isn't aware of them, the contractor needs to provide them.<\/p>\n<p>Back in the day, government officials actually tended to know more about these things, though.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In any case, since recent literature sometimes omits minor details, older books are extremely important.<\/p>\n<p>I feel like we've reached a point where you can't really get away with anything without that anymore lol (It's like, \"What's that?\")<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s like, \u201cWait, so the government actually listens to what some old books say, but won\u2019t accept the new methods being used today? lol\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It's a bit of a hassle because I have to make sure the past and present are consistent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>But that, too, is part of a director's job.<\/p>\n<p>Rather than proceeding with construction based on the supervisor\u2019s subjective views (his own assumptions or personal methods),<\/p>\n<p>To build a solid foundation for your work, it\u2019s important to thoroughly read specialized books.<\/p>\n<p>It's a good idea to vaguely remember where you read it.<\/p>\n<p>Also, I recommend acquiring as many older books as possible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello, everyone.
