A self-drilling rock bolt is a rock bolt consisting of a bit, a rod, and a coupling, and<\/p>\n
It is primarily used as a temporary rock bolt in locations where the borehole wall cannot remain stable on its own.<\/p>\n
In some cases, it has recently come to be regarded as the standard approach.<\/p>\n

As for why it ended up deviating from the original plan, the truth is...Unstable injection<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's how it was.<\/p>\n The contractor claimed that the work had been completed.<\/p>\n A while back, I used to say that myself.<\/p>\n In reality, there were quite a few instances where I couldn\u2019t tell for sure whether the injection had been done properly. (Even when the bore wall had collapsed or the tip was clogged, I just kept pushing through.)<\/p>\n Then, during an audit somewhere, that instability was uncovered, and,Prohibited<\/span><\/strong>It became (the National Highway Agency, I think?).<\/p>\n The biggest challenge with self-drilling rock bolts is the drilling process.<\/p>\n Since this is used on a mountain where the natural slope isn't stable, it's only natural that the slope would collapse.<\/p>\n We'll continue drilling while flushing out the slurry.<\/p>\n Whether drilling by hand or with a machine, when the shank adapter is removed upon completion of drilling, the rod may wobble, or<\/p>\n If it hits the borehole wall, the wall will collapse.<\/strong><\/p>\n Even if it hasn't crumbled, the injection is performed through the hole in the rod itself.<\/p>\n If the person drilling the hole is inexperienced, the hole will be blocked, making it impossible to inject the material.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Since the injection hose isn't secured in place, injection from the tip is not possible. (Tip clogging)<\/p>\n That means the only option is to inject it through the mouth.<\/p>\n The key to injection is the deepest point<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's why. If we can't do that, we won't even be able to verify that the injection took place.<\/p>\n This is the main source of the difficulty.<\/p>\n If you inject from the deepest point and cannot confirm the return,<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n This means that the injection can only be performed in certain areas.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n As long as slurry is being discharged during drilling, it can be determined that the rock mass is self-supporting.<\/p>\n However, if the number of these Kriko (slimes) drops drastically or they stop appearing altogether, it means the system has collapsed.<\/p>\n At that point, the surgeon pulls the rod up; after pulling it up, they reinsert it and check the clasp.<\/p>\n I know I'm repeating myself, but ultimately, self-drilling tends to press forward regardless of whether slime appears or not.<\/p>\n Be careful when the Drilling Slime isn't around.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's it.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hello, everyone.
