It's time to say goodbye!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Three members of Entas's second cohort of technical intern trainees have returned to Vietnam.<\/p>\n
Thank you for your hard work over the past three years.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The second cohort consisted of six members from Enta and Izumi, but three from Enta returned to their home countries, leaving one from Izumi; one returned to their home country, one changed jobs, and one remained.<\/p>\n
It was only three years, but they worked incredibly hard and were a great help to me.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The construction industry simply couldn't function without technical interns and foreign workers.<\/p>\n
I can't go on like this.<\/p>\n
I can say this with certainty.<\/p>\n
I think regulations will likely be further relaxed in the future, making it easier for foreign workers to enter the country.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Going forward, technical interns will enter Japan on Specific Skills visas.<\/p>\n
If at least three months have passed since you obtained your driver's license in your home country, you can convert it to a Japanese license after taking the exam in Japan. (This is still the case.)<\/p>\n
If that happens, it'll basically be a workplace full of foreigners, lol.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Well, that's just the way things are these days.<\/p>\n
After all, we have no choice but to adapt as times change.<\/p>\n

A question I often get asked is, \u201cWhat about people from XX?\u201d<\/p>\n
People ask me that.<\/p>\n
Right now, we have Vietnamese and Nepalese employees, but to be honest, there\u2019s almost no difference between them.<\/p>\n
Just like with Japanese people, some are careless and some aren't\u2014it's exactly the same.<\/p>\n
Even if there are cultural differences, when it comes to human nature, they\u2019re within the margin of error.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
If we, as colleagues working together, take their concerns seriously, they will respond in kind.<\/p>\n
I hope we can get along well while respecting each other.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I'm also looking forward to the seven new members joining us in May.<\/p>\n
There are goodbyes, and there are also new beginnings.<\/p>\n
I hope we can share many happy days together.<\/p>\n
