My fever keeps going up and down, and I'm feeling a little sluggish.<\/p>\n

I guess it's COVID after all, huh? lol<\/p>\n

Come to think of it, I'm planning to do something this year!<\/p>\n

It's an app to help you break your smartphone addiction!<\/p>\n

Whenever I have some free time, I find myself fiddling with my phone.<\/p>\n

I guess it can\u2019t be helped that I get emails and LINE messages even while I\u2019m at work, but,<\/p>\n

On top of that, I end up wasting time playing video games.<\/p>\n

You're totally addicted to your phone, lol.<\/p>\n

Well, posting on social media is part of my job, but I'm thinking about cutting back on pointless games and stuff.<\/p>\n

Or I'm thinking of trying to find a way to do it, like setting aside a specific time for it.<\/p>\n

That said, since my smartphone handles half the work anyway, I guess I\u2019ll just quit gaming, lol.<\/p>\n

I really like puzzle games, you know.<\/p>\n

I guess you could call it a brain teaser\u2014though I might not even be doing that anymore...<\/p>\n

For now, I deleted the games I didn't need lol<\/p>\n

Smartphones are constantly eating away at our precious time!<\/p>\n

It\u2019s understandable to some extent, given that there\u2019s always so much content to enjoy, but let\u2019s keep it to a minimum.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s easy to see why, if adults are this hooked on it, there\u2019s no way kids wouldn\u2019t be, right?<\/p>\n
