This time, it's about cable cars.<\/p>\n

Log Loaders and Cableways<\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n What is a cable car? (You can also check the page above.)<\/p>\n I'm sure some of you are thinking, \"What is this?\"\u2014but this is what it is.<\/p>\n It\u2019s a method of transporting loads by installing a main wire at a higher elevation than the work surface and using it as a guide wire.<\/p>\n As you can see from the illustration above, there is a large winch installed in the lower left corner, and that is the power source.<\/p>\n Using the main wire as a pivot, the carrier is moved back and forth (toward the mountain side and toward the valley side) by a winch.<\/p>\n Also, the winch has two types of cables: one for moving the carrier back and forth, and one for raising and lowering the hook.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The image of transporting a suspended load is,<\/p>\n 1. Use the return wire to raise the carrier directly above the machine.<\/p>\n 2. Lower the hook using the hook wire and hook it onto the lifting ring of a core drill or similar equipment.<\/p>\n 3. Use the hook wire to lift the hook.<\/p>\n 4. Use the return wire to move the carrier toward the mountain.<\/p>\n 5. Once you reach the top of the scaffolding on the slope, stop and lower the machine using the hook wire.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Let's assume there is a situation like the one described above.<\/p>\n The most important thing about this cable car is,<\/p>\n Machinery and materials can only be unloaded while the wire is taut, and<\/p>\n And thenIt can only be lowered directly beneath the parent wire.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's right.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Since the main wire cannot be easily moved from side to side, it is generally installed right in the center of the construction face, and<\/p>\n Construction is carried out by moving materials and machinery sideways from side to side.<\/p>\n Also, steep slopes are really scary, so I try not to lift heavy things as much as possible lol<\/p>\n It's seriously scary, especially when the price drops!<\/p>\n The fear you feel when hoisting and lowering a rotary percussion machine weighing nearly 3 metric tons is absolutely intense.<\/p>\n Government agencies and consultants just say, \u201cJust use the cable car,\u201d lol<\/p>\n <\/p>\n When unloading cargo, it must be positioned directly beneath the main wire, which imposes various constraints.<\/p>\n For this reason, installing heavy objects such as load-bearing plates is extremely difficult in construction projects that use cableways like this.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I'll write about that in my next post.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n See you later.<\/p>\n Never Use This Wire! | Kinks and Inspection Checklist<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n![\"Cable](\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/2020-05-01-12.42.59.jpg\")
