\"Run<\/p>\n

Technical Interns Who Run Away<\/h3>\n

As a way to escape,<\/p>\n

1. The work is tough<\/p>\n

2. Poor workplace environment<\/p>\n

3. Bullying<\/p>\n

4. That was my intention from the start.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I've heard that this is why they run away.<\/p>\n

Since you've been in the construction industry from the start, you should know how tough it is.<\/p>\n

However, it seems they end up running away for reasons such as feeling that the pay isn't worth it.<\/p>\n

It's the same thing in #2, isn't it?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Option 3 is completely out of the question. You should consult with the management organization as soon as possible, and<\/p>\n

Let's have a discussion with the person who is bullying, the company, and the governing body.<\/p>\n

Given their position, technical interns are in a vulnerable position, so in the worst-case scenario, there is a very real possibility they could be fired, but,<\/p>\n

Please present evidence to support your claim.<\/p>\n

On the contrary, I hope Japanese people will stand up for their colleagues and put an end to this kind of workplace bullying.<\/p>\n

\"Suspicious\"<\/p>\n

There are people who are the most troublesome right from the start\u2014and that\u2019s exactly what they set out to be.<\/p>\n

I think that's generally true for people who have been in Japan for about half a year.<\/p>\n

Ever since I was in Vietnam, I\u2019ve taken the suspicious stories about bad Vietnamese people in Japan at face value<\/p>\n

It seems to be disappearing into the darkness.<\/p>\n

And it seems that most of the trainees are tricked into committing crimes.<\/p>\n

The Idiot Technical Intern Who Ran Away<\/h3>\n

This is true, but,<\/p>\n

The technical intern who ran away had been connected to the company on Facebook before fleeing, and<\/p>\n

I'll post an update on Facebook once I've gotten away.<\/p>\n

Then, posts start appearing on social media showing them having fun at their hideout, so<\/p>\n

I hear they really get it, lol<\/p>\n

On top of that, they\u2019re apparently updating information that reveals their location\u2014like the company name and address\u2014which is pretty funny.<\/p>\n

I heard that the company immediately reported the incident to immigration authorities.<\/p>\n

I think it\u2019s quite important to stay connected with the social media platforms that technical interns use.<\/p>\n

\"Social<\/p>\n

Learn About the Social Media Platforms Used by Technical Intern Trainees (Connect)<\/h3>\n

As mentioned above, it is important to make sure you are connected with the technical interns on the social media platforms they use.<\/p>\n

What they're saying is also important.<\/p>\n

For example, if you're Vietnamese, it would be \"ZALO\" or Facebook.<\/p>\n

Zalo can be used for work-related communications. It's just like LINE in Japan.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It seems that Facebook is popular among Nepalese people.<\/p>\n

Also, since Nepalese people speak English, they can use LINE in Japan.<\/p>\n

While social media platforms vary from country to country, Facebook seems to be widely used overall.<\/p>\n

\"Driving\"<\/p>\n

Can technical interns drive a car?<\/h3>\n

Basically, yes, you can!<\/p>\n

However, there is a condition: you must stay in that country for at least three months after obtaining your license there.<\/p>\n

Provided you meet those requirements, you can switch to a Japanese driver's license.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

There are written and practical exams.<\/p>\n

I think the written exam will be in Japanese or English.<\/p>\n

There might be slight differences depending on the prefecture.<\/p>\n

In countries where English is widely understood, getting into a major is a breeze, but in other countries, it seems to be surprisingly difficult.<\/p>\n

It seems the practical exam is pretty tough, and I'll probably have to take it up to about five times.<\/p>\n

That said, there are still a lot of mission vehicles in Asia, so<\/p>\n

I get the impression that most people who can drive are good at it.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

When hiring technical interns, whether or not they have a license might be more important than you\u2019d think.<\/p>\n

Well, there is a risk of accidents, but that's true for Japanese people as well under the same conditions.<\/p>\n

As long as the company has insurance, there's no problem.<\/p>\n

\n

I\u2019ve written about technical intern trainees in the four posts above.<\/p>\n

Personally, I don't think being a foreigner makes any difference; I just hope we can work together happily with a smile.<\/p>\n

Well, we're both human, so there are times when we get upset, but let's talk it out ^^<\/p>\n

When problems arise, they\u2019re usually due to a lack of leadership or poor communication on the part of supervisors or senior colleagues.<\/p>\n

Let's get creative! (Using the app)<\/p>\n

Since Enta employees work alongside technical interns, they know a lot about their strengths.<\/p>\n

They\u2019re just as serious and hardworking as Japanese people. (I know, there are some who make you think, \u201cWell, not everyone is like that\u2026\u201d but that\u2019s true of everyone.)<\/p>\n

As fellow Asians, we're exactly the same.<\/p>\n

\"Friends\"<\/p>\n

When it comes to Japanese people who nitpick this and that, it ultimately comes down to their own limitations.<\/p>\n

It's simply a matter of that person lacking leadership skills; it's wrong to start badmouthing them or complaining about them by saying things like \"we can't communicate.\"<\/p>\n

Since this is such a valuable program, I want them to learn practical skills and go back to their home countries to make a difference!<\/p>\n

And I hope Japanese people will treat us with that same spirit\u2014we\u2019re all in this together!<\/p>\n

Enta will likely continue to hire technical interns in the future.<\/p>\n
