{"id":47399,"date":"2022-08-17T08:00:03","date_gmt":"2022-08-16T23:00:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/?p=47399"},"modified":"2026-06-10T02:16:28","modified_gmt":"2026-06-09T17:16:28","slug":"private-mortar-spraying-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/norimen.net\/en\/private-mortar-spraying-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Mortar Spraying for Private Homes and Commercial Construction: Part 1 (For the General Public)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello, everyone<\/p>\n<p>This is Enta.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-47400\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/DJI_0258.jpg\" alt=\"Mortar Spraying Worker\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/DJI_0258.jpg 600w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/DJI_0258-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As you know, I'm a sprayed mortar contractor.<\/p>\n<p>Since we're professional slope contractors, we're used to handling even harsh slopes like the one in the photo above\u2014it's just business as usual for us, right?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s been popping up frequently on YouTube lately, and I think it\u2019s a relatively simple job for a slope contractor.<\/p>\n<p>Since I\u2019ve been getting inquiries from the general public about sprayed mortar lately, I thought I\u2019d write about it in a bit more detail.<\/p>\n<p>The reason is that a general private construction company\u2014not one specializing in slope stabilization\u2014had previously claimed that the slope wouldn\u2019t collapse if sprayed with mortar, and,<\/p>\n<p>We received an inquiry asking, \"Is that true?\"<\/p>\n<p>So, with that in mind, I\u2019ll try to write this in simple terms for the general public.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The work sequence for this sprayed mortar application is as follows:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 150%; color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Slope Cleaning Worker (including tree removal, etc.) \u2192 Lattice Installation Worker \u2192 Mortar Spraying Worker<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Slope cleaning involves removing loose rocks, vegetation, and other organic matter from the slope.<\/p>\n<p>Measures will be taken to prevent loose rocks on slopes from falling during construction.<\/p>\n<p>If loose stones are as large as those shown in the photo above, either break them into smaller pieces and remove them, or secure them firmly so they do not move, and then apply the spray coating over them.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of public works projects, there is a process called \"temporary mortar spraying.\" Since the above refers to temporary spraying, it is unrelated to the main construction work, but<\/p>\n<p>This work is being carried out to eliminate hazards in preparation for the main construction project.<\/p>\n<p>For this reason, we do not apply a final layer of plaster;
