(Carryover? Discretionary contracts??)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>There really isn't any work!<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve heard that some prefectures and cities are making some kind of request, though...<\/p>\n<p>How about in your prefecture, city, and municipality?<\/p>\n<p>I've heard that the situation is really tough\u2014apparently, there aren't even any private-sector apartment construction projects at all!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s okay to take some time off like this once in a while, but since the company\u2019s budget isn\u2019t unlimited, it\u2019ll become a problem if this drags on.<\/p>\n<p>I guess if it were a construction crew working exclusively for a major company, they\u2019d probably help out a little (there used to be things like that), but when there are a lot of local contractors like at our company, it\u2019s seriously rough, lol.<\/p>\n<p>It's gotten to the point where I can't help but laugh at this, lol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>However, as I mentioned on Twitter, I think the number of vendors reaching their limit will start to increase soon.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s manageable if the lender offers loans, but it\u2019s really tough for those that don\u2019t.<\/p>\n<p>What's more, we have to guarantee our employees' jobs!<\/p>\n<p>I can't just let them run wild.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I can't just let it sit there, so I'm working on fixing it up, but that costs money too, huh? lol<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-46999\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/2022-06-06-15.04.25.jpg\" alt=\"Small Generator\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/2022-06-06-15.04.25.jpg 600w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/2022-06-06-15.04.25-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We have a full range of machinery on hand to handle any type of slope construction project!<\/p>\n<p>As we keep fine-tuning it, the machine starts to run really well, but the company is going in the opposite direction, lol.<\/p>\n<p>Well, I guess there's nothing to be done about it, though...<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>But if they don't release it soon, we're really in trouble.<\/p>\n<p>We're starting to get a few jobs here and there this month, too, but now I'm worried about the end of the fiscal year.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Once work starts, we'll probably be severely short-staffed.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>I think so!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If that happens, the general contractor will definitely be in a bind, won't they?<\/p>\n<p>Prices keep going up, but people still aren't coming...<\/p>\n<p>It's just become a vicious cycle.<\/p>\n<p>Looks like I'm going to be working my butt off on site again this winter, lol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For now, I really hope the government starts taking action soon!!<\/p>\n<p>Still, while I\u2019m working on the design for this private-sector project, I can\u2019t help but wonder what will happen if this one gets approved as well.<\/p>\n<p>Things suddenly got busy, and I'm completely exhausted...<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019d like to wrap up the private-sector projects before summer and shift my focus to the public sector.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello, everyone.
