The other day, I ran into a former employee who had left our company lol (It was like, \u201cWait, here of all places!?\u201d)<\/p>\n
I'm an employee who left the company for various reasons.<\/p>\n
It was just a casual conversation, but it gave me a lot to think about, which was good.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
There are various reasons for quitting a job, and everyone has their own circumstances.<\/p>\n
Everyone has their own life, and everyone has decisions to make.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I realized that it\u2019s important to respect that and maintain the same stance I\u2019ve always had\u2014both now and in the past.<\/p>\n
Well, I do want to change in some ways as times change, lol.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
So I told him, \u201cIf the timing works out for you again, come back.\u201d<\/p>\n
People sometimes get things right, and sometimes they get things wrong.<\/p>\n
Sometimes it\u2019s strange for others to comment on every little thing.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s important to just watch over them quietly, isn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
It's not like everything I say is necessarily right.<\/p>\n
Business owners tend to think their own opinions are right, don't they?<\/p>\n
But that was my biggest mistake, and I\u2019m really grateful to have friends who helped me realize that\u2014and that\u2019s why I\u2019m where I am today.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Even on this blog, people point out when I share incorrect opinions or information.<\/p>\n
I think that's my greatest treasure. (Please keep sending me emails!)<\/p>\n

I don't know if that employee will return in the future, but,<\/p>\n
I hope we can create an environment that makes him want to come back.<\/p>\n
And I hope we can build a company where our employees feel glad to be working here.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I\u2019m still a work in progress myself, but through this blog,<\/p>\n
I hope to provide our employees with opportunities to excel through our construction projects.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
When our employees perform well, it means we can help the general contractors who give us work make a profit!<\/p>\n
To make that happen, I\u2019ll work even harder!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
It was good to meet a former colleague; it gave me a lot to think about.<\/p>\n
No matter how we meet, I think this encounter is probably important.<\/p>\n
I guess we'll see the results in a few years or a decade or so, lol.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I'm sure there are plenty of things you look back on now and think, \"That was when we first met.\"<\/p>\n
Whether it's good or bad, there are times when that's the turning point, right?<\/p>\n
Please try to recall.<\/p>\n
You might remember something new, or a new thought or idea.<\/p>\n
