As a result, young people are turning away, and the industry is becoming one that they no longer want to be a part of.<\/b><\/p>\n When it comes to local crafts, that might be just fine. After all, change isn\u2019t necessarily the right thing. Tradition is important, and our mission is to pass on techniques that remain unchanged.<\/p>\n But the construction industry is different. It is an industry that supports people\u2019s lives, and one that must continue to grow with the times.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n After all, if people are asking, \u201cWhat is 5G?\u201d then those base stations can\u2019t be built. This just goes to show that the construction industry must always keep pace with the times.<\/p>\n Digitization isn\u2019t actually that difficult. The moment you scan a paper document, it\u2019s digitized. The moment you send an email to someone, it\u2019s digitized.<\/p>\n And all technology lies along that same continuum. It\u2019s not an entirely new \u201cconcept.\u201d It\u2019s the result of pursuing the idea of making things more convenient, and at its core, whether it\u2019s digital or analog, it ultimately amounts to the same thing.<\/p>\n Let's try to take just a little interest.
