We've been digging a well at the construction site for the past few days, lol.<\/p>\n
As I've mentioned before, we're currently installing a disaster-preparedness well.<\/p>\n
So, I suppose this will serve as a water supply point in the event of a disaster in this area.<\/p>\n
But that's beside the point.<\/p>\n
The other day, I was talking to someone, and during the conversation, I found myself wondering, \u201cWhy do I think I\u2019m doing so well?\u201d lol<\/p>\n
When I say I think it'll be okay, I'm referring to work.<\/p>\n
I have this strange confidence that things will work out or that I can pull it off.<\/p>\n

When I really thought about it, I realized that this is all about trust and confidence in our employees!<\/p>\n

I've been deceived and betrayed quite a few times in the past, lol.<\/p>\n
Well, I'm actually the type who doesn't let things get to me.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s partly thanks to my \u201cmetal mentality,\u201d but more than anything, I\u2019ve come to realize that what really matters is trust.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
This is extremely important to me\u2014even if I make a mistake, my employees will cover for me.<\/p>\n
The same is true in reverse.<\/p>\n
I'm starting to feel that the company is built on a foundation of mutual trust.<\/p>\n
That's exactly why I think we're managing to get by.<\/p>\n
Of course, the trust we\u2019ve built with our general contractor has brought us to where we are today, but ultimately, it\u2019s because we trust our employees.<\/p>\n
That really sums it up, lol.<\/p>\n

The other day, I heard a story that really drove that point home.<\/p>\n
Well, that's just my own personal opinion, so it doesn't really matter what the employees think, lol.<\/p>\n
It's just for my own satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Of course, I have confidence based on my own personal experiences, but<\/p>\n
When it comes to running a company, I'm practically a complete novice, after all~<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I wonder if the relationship between a company and its employees is all about trust and credibility, huh? lol<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
It was a day when I found myself thinking about things like that.<\/p>\n
This post is a bit all over the place, but I just felt like writing something, so I gave it a shot lol<\/p>\n

Pollen counts are terrible these days, but let's get through it with two bottles of Yakult 1000\u2014that's 2,000!<\/p>\n
