The other day, I went to Izumi (Azumino City, Nagano Prefecture) to run some errands.<\/p>\n

We've finished all the work on-site for this fiscal year, so this is the time for machine overhauls.<\/p>\n
If you do this once a year, the spray gun will work with virtually no breakdowns.<\/p>\n
Since mortar can get into small bearings and other parts, replacing them will help the shaft last longer.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Surprisingly, the shaft rotation assembly doesn't use any special parts\u2014most of them are off-the-shelf components\u2014which is a big help.<\/p>\n
As for the other interior liners and such, since they\u2019re being replaced, we\u2019ll apply rust inhibitor before replacing them.<\/p>\n
The welded areas are protected with duct tape.<\/p>\n

Doing this will help reduce rust on the parts exposed to water, even if only slightly.<\/p>\n
It's a small thing, but it's important for making it last longer.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Some people might think, \u201cJust use it until it breaks, then buy a new one!\u201d but we\u2019re not that kind of company, lol.<\/p>\n
I'll take good care of it.<\/p>\n
I understand that spending time repairing machinery is a waste, but I still want to do my job with a sense of attachment to the machines.<\/p>\n

We keep spare parts on hand so we can respond immediately if anything goes wrong, but even so, we want to use our equipment with care every day.<\/p>\n

There are pros and cons to this as well, but (since there are some sites where we don't want water to splash around), I want to wash it as much as possible.<\/p>\n

At major construction sites, when machinery is provided, it\u2019s often in terrible condition.<\/p>\n
As expected, that's what happens when a team that doesn't have its own equipment uses it.<\/p>\n

And, the equipment center for machine maintenance is always making a racket, isn't it? lol<\/p>\n

Machinery is a company asset.<\/p>\n

Machines act as our own hands and feet and do the work for us.<\/p>\n
By using it carefully and keeping it for a long time, your profits will gradually increase.<\/p>\n
Even if there are repair and parts costs, the total cost will be significantly lower.<\/p>\n
