(laughs)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Drilling Complete<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u2193<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Inner Casing Recovery<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u2193<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Anchor Text Insertion+<\/span><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Inserting the Injection Hose<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u2193<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Injection<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>That is the procedure.<\/p>\n<p>What's the most important thing here!?<\/p>\n<p>That's the last injection.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Be sure to inject the material at the deepest point (bottom) of the anchor borehole.<\/strong><\/span><\/span>...and so on.<\/p>\n<p>For example, if the borehole length is 15 meters at a borehole angle of 30 degrees downward, injection begins at 0 meters (with the bottom of the borehole at 0).<\/p>\n<p>That said, since it\u2019s difficult to discharge the cement slurry if the injection hose is positioned at 0 m, we raise it about 10 cm before injecting.<\/p>\n<p>There are no particular issues with anchors that come with an injection hose.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5570\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/906261407d1284ad053bf20d947ffb45.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"370\" srcset=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/906261407d1284ad053bf20d947ffb45.jpg 600w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/906261407d1284ad053bf20d947ffb45-300x185.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you inject from the bottom, the drilling fluid accumulated inside the casing will gush out of the top!<\/p>\n<p>Most of the grout returns to the casing, but once a few casings are removed, it seeps into cracks within the borehole.<\/p>\n<p>It may come loose.<\/p>\n<p>If the casing comes out even when it has been inserted to the full depth of the borehole, you should consider using a packer or similar device.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5571\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/dd75bb00b10eb4d9622fb1cec95c4f0d.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/dd75bb00b10eb4d9622fb1cec95c4f0d.jpg 600w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/dd75bb00b10eb4d9622fb1cec95c4f0d-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Since cement slurry has a higher specific gravity than water, it can be used as a substitute for water.<\/p>\n<p>Commonly known as<span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Replacement Injection<\/strong><\/span>is what they say.<\/p>\n<p>Continue injecting this water until it has completely turned into cement slurry.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5572\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/59b0dc0ad9962c641d024f4f6ab3bf07.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>That completes the injection.<\/p>\n<p>If you release air from the inner casing when drilling is complete to flush out the water from the borehole all at once, you\u2019ll need less water.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5569\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/62831822e6b7e4d8283e76c274fe3857.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The one thing you absolutely must not do is,<span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Injecting around the mouth<\/strong><\/span>That's it.<\/p>\n<p>\"Cement slurry has a high specific gravity, so it sinks to the bottom.\"<\/p>\n<p>\"There's no water inside the outer casing hole.\"<\/p>\n<p>There are some idiotic craftsmen who say things like that, but,<span style=\"font-size: 22px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">No way! Absolutely not!!!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5576\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/4490433.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"478\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you pour it in from the top, it will definitely get diluted.
