This is Enta.<\/p>\n
I've been working on this 3D printer since the other day (New Year's Day), but I just can't seem to get it to work right.<\/p>\n

My creative process always starts with cardboard.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
This is the prototype cardboard box, lol.<\/p>\n
I'll make a few different versions of this and work my way toward the final design.<\/p>\n

So this is pretty much the final version, lol.<\/p>\n
From here, we'll import it into 3D CAD.<\/p>\n

The drawings for the prototype are complete.<\/p>\n
At first glance, you probably won't know what this is, but in my imagination, it's already complete lol<\/p>\n
This is a product that would be handy to have, but I don't think it exists anywhere.<\/p>\n
As far as I can tell from what I've found online.<\/p>\n

Export it as an STL file, import it into 3D printing software, and you're ready to go.<\/p>\n
Blue is the support material, and red is the main focus this time.<\/p>\n

Total fail lol<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Well, this kind of thing happens all the time, so it's fine, but it's a waste of filament lol<\/p>\n I'll try it several times while adjusting the material discharge settings and other fine-tuning details.<\/p>\n Anyway, this is still a bit of a failure, but it\u2019s starting to take shape.<\/p>\n Well, I guess I'm just not very good at setting up 3D printers.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Still, getting this far is enough for now, since it allows us to do a physical fit.<\/p>\n If I can successfully make something with the 3D printer today, I'll try using it in real life.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n If this seems like it'll work, I'll make it out of iron. It might end up being stainless steel, though lol.<\/p>\n This is how we go about making our products.<\/p>\n It's really convenient because it makes it easy to create actual prototypes.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I think the biggest hurdle here is 3D CAD, but it's actually surprisingly easy.<\/p>\n It only takes me about 30 minutes to teach a beginner\u2014the rest is just a matter of getting creative, I guess~<\/p>\n It probably won't be possible to get into all the details, but up to a certain point, yes.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n It's fun to make, so I highly recommend it to everyone.<\/p>\n Wouldn't it be fun to try making and selling something that doesn't exist yet?<\/p>\n And once it starts selling, it'll be even more fun, right? lol<\/p>\n I highly recommend it!!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hello, everyone.
