This is Enta.<\/p>\n
It's that time of year again for public sector employees.<\/p>\n
That's right, this is the time of year for it! Labor Cost Audit!!!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Since we submitted the October survey last week, all that\u2019s left for us is to discuss it over the phone.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
This year, there were also sections about CCUS (Career Advancement System), and with all the changes\u2014which were really annoying\u2014it was a lot harder than last year.<\/p>\n
It took three months for the company's CCUS to arrive after we applied, but the individual CCUS still hasn't come, lol.<\/p>\n
Even so, questions like \u201cWhat did you put in the application?\u201d or \u201cDid you even apply?\u201d are kind of annoying, lol.<\/p>\n
I couldn't help but wonder, \"Does that have anything to do with the labor cost survey???\"<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I guess there's nothing we can do about it since the request came from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism...<\/p>\n
Well, it's such a pain every year, lol.<\/p>\n
To be honest, I think I'll probably take the exam at a location with fewer people during that period.<\/p>\n
It's such a hassle and takes so much effort.<\/p>\n
I\u2019d like it to be a little simpler and run more smoothly.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Besides, these days, creating a document in Excel, printing it out, and mailing it...<\/p>\n
I'd really like to do this online.<\/p>\n
Well, thanks to COVID, there are some areas where working remotely and handling calls have actually improved things.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Once this labor cost survey is over, it feels like the end of the fiscal year is just around the corner.<\/p>\n
It's going to get much colder from here on out, so everyone, please be extra careful!<\/p>\n
