The other day, I went to a construction site to inspect it.<\/p>\n

It's the steering wheel!<\/p>\n
It's been a while since I saw a steering wheel lol<\/p>\n
For this job site, we actually have to take a boat to get there, lol.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
This is my second time working in the marine industry, and I'm really looking forward to it.<\/p>\n
Marine-type creatures come with all sorts of restrictions and countermeasures, and if you're completely unfamiliar with them, you'll often find yourself at the mercy of those countermeasures, so it can be quite challenging.<\/p>\n
Since environmental considerations are particularly challenging in this context, we\u2019ll need to pull out all the stops, so it looks like it\u2019s going to be one creative solution after another lol.<\/p>\n

Personally, I like these kinds of slightly tedious tasks that nobody really wants to do.<\/p>\n
Of course, there\u2019s no doubt we\u2019ll have our share of challenges, but above all else,The Value of Experience<\/span><\/strong><\/span>There is one!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n This kind of challenging on-the-job experience will definitely be useful in the future.<\/p>\n There\u2019s a huge difference between knowing something and having actually done it.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I always say this: if you have a choice between a job anyone can do and one that not just anyone can do, I want you to always choose the one that not just anyone can do!<\/p>\n It is precisely in challenging work that the seeds for gaining experience lie.<\/p>\n Jobs that anyone can do are easy, so you can't gain experience from them!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Just like in Dragon Quest, the stronger your opponent is, the more experience points you get.<\/p>\n In *Dragon Quest*, you earn gold (money) along with experience points, but in the real world, the more experience you gain, the more gold you\u2019ll earn later on.<\/p>\n The idea is to gain experience points early on so you can earn a lot of gold (salary) later.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n There are surprisingly few construction sites where you can gain practical experience (and they\u2019re hard to spot). What\u2019s more, it often happens that a site seems like a typical one on paper during the initial planning stage\u2014but before you know it, you end up struggling immensely.<\/p>\n Even if you think, \u201cThat looks like it\u2019s going to be tough,\u201d sometimes things go surprisingly smoothly.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n It would be great if there were about two projects a year where I could gain experience, but there\u2019s also a very high chance that I\u2019ll end up being assigned only to those kinds of projects.<\/p>\n Since it's a difficult assignment, I think we'll end up wanting to send him there.<\/p>\n If that happens, it\u2019s basically like getting a guaranteed Gold ticket!<\/p>\n In a few years, that person should be raking in a hefty salary!<\/p>\n Conversely, if you can't get what you deserve, you should just change jobs and find a company that recognizes your value.<\/p>\n Companies that can't properly recognize the value of experience are in for a rough ride down the road.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Challenging projects end up being fun.<\/p>\n And the sense of accomplishment is off the charts, too.<\/p>\n I recommend challenging work sites!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hello, everyone.
