I forgot. That listing\u2019s gone. Count on me next time,\u201d and that\u2019s the end of it...<\/p>\n<p>What on earth is this?? (Especially salespeople from major companies)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re probably wondering, \u201cWhat\u2019s going to happen to this time slot I set aside while I was waiting?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Unlike the big companies, we subcontractors are in serious trouble if we don't make money during this time of year.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s unthinkable that I\u2019d have free time at a time like this, so I\u2019m going to pack in as much as I can, do my absolute best to finish things as quickly as possible, and tackle one task after another!<\/p>\n<p>To that end, we\u2019d like to confirm and finalize everything in the purchase order.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If we set a start date and work out the details of the process to a certain extent, we can finalize the schedule, which means we can then schedule the construction work for that time.<\/p>\n<p>I think those of you involved in process management understand this well.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you want to finalize a contractor\u2014whether it\u2019s ours or another company\u2014and get the work done, the first step is to place an order!
