This is a bit of a departure from the usual topic, but working with people who aren't good at their jobs is really frustrating, isn't it?<\/p>\n

I used to get annoyed, too, when I had to work with incompetent bosses and senior colleagues lol<\/p>\n

And it's not like I'm saying I'm good at my job or anything.<\/p>\n

I think that's pretty much it.<\/p>\n

I think it comes down to compatibility.<\/p>\n

When it comes to whether impatient people and laid-back people get along, that\u2019s not really the case, is it?<\/p>\n

Impatient people might want to get their work done as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n

People who take their time might want to do their work carefully.<\/p>\n

So, there\u2019s something called Zecht\u2019s organizational theory\u2014please take a look at it.<\/p>\n

2. The Competent Slacker<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

3. Incompetent Slacker<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

4. The Inept Hard Worker<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Which one applies to you?<\/p>\n

Or, where exactly does that annoying person fit in??<\/p>\n

Please take some time to think it over.<\/p>\n

Each and every one of them<\/p>\n

1. Make capable, hardworking people your advisors.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We spare no effort to win<\/p>\n

2. Make a capable slacker a front-line commander.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Win with Ease<\/p>\n

3. Make even the most incompetent and lazy people soldiers.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I only do what I'm told, but that's enough.<\/p>\n

4. Incompetent workers should be executed or exiled.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

There is a risk that it will continue to execute the incorrect command indefinitely.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Who do you think would work well together at the company?<\/p>\n

A company is all about balance.<\/p>\n

For example,A Competent Slacker<\/span><\/strong>\u3068An Incompetent Hard Worker<\/span><\/strong>When you put these things together, you want hardworking employees who listen carefully to instructions so they can get the job done on-site with minimal effort, right?<\/p>\n

Since the instructions are well-written, there\u2019s no way to make a mistake. In that case, it\u2019s well-balanced, isn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n

Combining 1 and 3 looks pretty good, doesn't it?<\/p>\n

It\u2019s hard to reconcile points 1 and 2, isn\u2019t it? The atmosphere on site seems a bit tense, but it looks like we\u2019ll be able to make some progress on the work.<\/p>\n

If it's 3 and 4, you won't get any work done, lol. Aren't you just spacing out?? lol<\/p>\n

Our work is something that humans could never do.<\/p>\n

We always work as a team.<\/p>\n

By working with people who make it easy to get things done, you\u2019ll not only improve your efficiency but also be more likely to be recognized for your work.<\/p>\n

Since we all need others to grow, when we help each other, we\u2019re more likely to experience a synergistic effect (and vice versa).<\/p>\n

If you have a clear understanding of where you stand, you can see what your next move should be, right?<\/p>\n

When working with someone, try to assess their personality and behavior from as broad a perspective as possible.<\/p>\n

Maybe it\u2019s not that the person is incompetent, but rather that the approach (the way instructions are given) or the chemistry isn\u2019t right. Or it\u2019s entirely possible that they\u2019re in the wrong position, right?<\/p>\n

I believe that by taking a broader perspective, it is possible to maintain a balance within the company.<\/p>\n
