{"id":4469,"date":"2017-09-11T08:00:18","date_gmt":"2017-09-10T23:00:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/?p=4469"},"modified":"2026-08-09T13:58:21","modified_gmt":"2026-08-09T04:58:21","slug":"hanging-drill-tips","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/norimen.net\/en\/hanging-drill-tips\/","title":{"rendered":"Suspended Drilling Rig: Tips for Drilling"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello, everyone.<\/p>\n<p>This is Enta.<\/p>\n<p>Lately, we've been drilling away at full speed with a suspended drill rig.<\/p>\n<p>So, this is about a minor slime ejection issue that people tend to run into quite often.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/-o7OtNN_SOE\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Take a look at this drill hole.<\/p>\n<p>Slimes are pouring out in droves.<\/p>\n<p>This is a common sight, but what really matters is...<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">It's important to keep your hands close by<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's it.<\/p>\n<p>There are workers who hang from the slope to set the placement position, right?<\/p>\n<p>If you have a steadier hand, drilling goes much faster.<\/p>\n<p>That's because, during drilling operations, it's quite difficult to see the slime that comes out of the hole as drilling progresses.<\/p>\n<p>It's easier if the control panel is on top and the drilling area is below, but if it's the other way around, you can't see it.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">I can't see because the machine is in the way.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>So, the person at the controls checks and gives the signal.<\/p>\n<p>Clean the hole immediately as soon as you notice that fewer slimes are coming out.<\/p>\n<p>Although I say \u201ccleaning,\u201d it\u2019s really just a matter of rotating the bit in the direction of removal, but doing this alone will increase the drilling speed.<\/p>\n<p>Increasing the drilling speed isn't just about drilling.<\/p>\n<p>This includes everything from drilling the holes to inserting the rebar.<\/p>\n<p>That's what \"pouring and installing\" means.
