This is Enta.<\/p>\n
At Enta, we use Dropbox extensively to share internal documents and other files.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Since the photo data is also stored on a digital whiteboard, once I take the photos on site and get home, they're automatically uploaded to Dropbox via Wi-Fi.<\/p>\n
You don't have to go through the trouble of removing the SD card or anything like that.<\/p>\n
Also, since there's a server for the digital whiteboard, that serves as a secondary backup as well.<\/p>\n

The annual maintenance fee is 115,500 yen, and you get 5T of data.<\/p>\n
With 5 terabytes, I don't really use that much data, but it's very convenient.<\/p>\n
Even if my hard drive crashes or something, I'm totally fine lol<\/p>\n
What's more, since I use Dropbox even for my PC recovery backups, I can restore everything immediately if anything happens.<\/p>\n

Since we started using cloud services, we haven't had any data loss at all, and we can check data on our smartphones right on-site.<\/p>\n
It's very convenient and safe.<\/p>\n
Of course, since security uses two-factor authentication, I think it should be pretty safe.<\/p>\n

In my opinion, while major companies probably have all sorts of compliance issues,<\/p>\n
